Raj and Lakh delivered our midea fridge freezer. Both were very helpful. Without me even asking they offered to deliver the fridge to the exact location in the kitchen. They were more than happy to go above and beyond.

All packaging left outside for me to dispose of.
Asked for the freezer to be brought to the back door, but it was brought to the front door. It was then taken to the back, and placed over the step into the kitchen. No packaging was taken away.

Bought the ASKO Built-In Combination Microwave Oven 50L – Black – OCM8487B and so far so good. Looks great and a large size just what we were looking for. Ordered Thursday delivered on Saturday great service. Very friendly guys who delivered opened appliance to make sure no damage.

Terrible Service
Delivery was a week after order which is fine as far as it goes but is restricted to a Saturday in Scotland.
The first call from the delivery company was at 5am!!!! Seriously?
The delivery company arrived at 10am. The two chaps were at each others throats, shouting and generally being abusive to each another. One was wearing a hi viz vest over his bare torso......euuuk!!!
They argued about taking away our old fridge as one of the doors had been removed because of a fire. Jobs worth! They said the fridge had to be fully assembled/complete!
They insisted on leaving the fridge on our front hallway and wouldn't take it into the kitchen! This is a first! Thankfully we were able to move it ourselves but infirm or elderly wouldn't have been able to d this. Beware.
They refused to take away the packaging.
We wouldn't use them again. Everything is too much trouble. We felt as if they thought they were doing us a favour!

This is due to health and safety regulations and to avoid any risk of damage to new goods in the delivery vehicle. In cases where doors need to be removed for access, we offer an Access Assist service, which includes careful internal positioning of your item—this option was not selected at checkout. Similarly, packaging removal is an optional extra, which also wasn’t chosen during your purchase.
Regarding the delivery team’s behaviour, we take this feedback very seriously. Unprofessional conduct on-site is not in line with our standards, and we are following up with the delivery partner to investigate and address this.

Price was competitive but the delivery process was a nightmare. Website said "In Stock and Available For 2-3 Day Delivery" but was then told it was not in stock, and then arranged delivery on the stock date to be told that it's still not in stock. Delivery dates were not met on time repeatedly. Finally delivered 3 weeks after order date.

Very pleased
We were very pleased with the quality of service that we received when purchasing our refrigerator. It was a positive experience. I spoke directly to the sales team (no long wait) who answered my queries. We required the door to be rehinged to the opposite side. This was carried out prior to leaving the warehouse to minimise the disruption time after delivery. The delivery drivers were friendly and proficient in unpacking the product to ensure that it was undamaged. They very kindly went over and above their remit to manoeuvre it into position.
We needed to replace our microwave and went directly to Appliance Electronics. We were not disappointed by the service or price.

First- I grabbed the bargain, when I bought Samsung Fridge - Freezer, really good price if compared with different stores
Second- It was fast delivery and everything was explained to me during phone call two days before delivery and I also got mail with full instruction.
