Ordered a Hisense washing machine
Ordered a Hisense washing machine, although delivery did say 1-3 days it was delivered a week after ordering ( the reason why it is not 5*) after a call on the 4th days was explained because we live in a remote area that is why it was longer than predicted.
Raj & nick (great guys) delivered the machine and made sure to check it was all in great condition! Excellent service from them!

My new oven does not work properly
My new oven does not work properly. It has loud noise when the first time I tried to turn it on. Unusual noise that makes me feel not safe to use. Tried to contact the support team but not yet receive any reply.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Placed an order last week via Amazon and was advised Wednesday/Thursday delivery. I then contacted the company to ask for an exact date and was told Wednesday/Thursday but couldn't give me any more info than that. I've had my wife wait in for 2 days without delivery so called the company to be told they will now deliver on Saturday because I live near Liverpool and the van wasn't going to Liverpool until Saturday.
No apology! Nothing! When I complained about the fact I'd been told Wednesday/Thursday I was told I could either take delivery on Saturday or cancel the order!
Absolute waste of time!!!!! Customer service is a joke!

Tried to place an order over the phone for some rc parts, staff member wasn’t helpful at all and couldn’t even be bothered searching there own website to help me find the right parts, purchased from wheel spin models no problem and was really helpful. Would never buy from this company with staff who are ignorant and not helpful.

The process of obtaining our new American fridge freezer was a fast efficient and Pleasant experience
The process of obtaining our new American fridge freezer took 4 days including over a weekend. The delivery guys Riccardo and Nic were friendly, courteous, respectful and did a brilliant job, bringing the fridge into the house and unpacking it. We did pay the extra fees for this process, removal of the old fridge and all packaging.
We couldn’t be happier with the whole process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
