Aquacool Opiniões

Great company and staff always so helpful

We used another well known supplier who, we found, to have terrible customer service. Aquacool have been on the ball from day one and our experiences so far have been nothing but positive.

Water delivery is always simple and quick, the water cooler is excellent

Every interaction has been perfect. Staff are friendly and kind, they always anticipate our needs, call to check if we need anything as they pass. We honestly couldn't be happier.

Aquacool were both professional and Punctual. they did what was required with minimal fuss, no mess and with a smile.

As the director of Vizulate Digital we made enquiries to several companies to supply us with a water cooler/dispenser. From initial enquiry, to delivery of our dispenser and our regular water bottle delivery and services - everything with Aquacool has been a breeze. They frequently call just at the right to ask if we want any more water delivered. Nothing is ever too push or forced but they are there if and when we need.

Highly recommended

Great water quality and service.

We obtained quotes from a number of companies and ultimately chose Aquacool, and I’m very glad we did. From the outset they were polite, friendly and professional, and the whole process was handled quickly and efficiently.

Installation was straightforward, communication was clear, and the service has been completely reliable since. It was a refreshingly hassle-free experience and exactly what you want from a supplier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aquacool to other businesses.

Clear communication, they respond very quickly. No pressure to buy anything. The team seem nice and professional, happy with the service.

Excellent service from the very start. Great quality machines and reliable delivery service. Competitive pricing compared to our previous provider. Thank you!

Great customer service to set up the plan. A few hiccups getting the water fountain delivered but has been seamless since this point.

Aquacool have supplied us with with a seamless filtered water service for nearly 20 years. They first supplied our water, in stand alone filter machines, then progressed easily into mains-fed ones. Now they also supply our coffee with a really excellent Jura machine which is perfect for our small office needs. We can depend on them to solve any queries very quickly and professionally. After multiple problems with our previous supplier (a well known big provider) I contacted Laura at Aquacool to see if they could help. We got a competitive quote, plenty of communication and quick delivery. Aquacool’s local engineer installed our water coolers on time and fuss free. Highly recommended and trustworthy firm.

The set up was very easy, quick and no stress at all. The machine is brilliant & everyone in our work place was very impressed.

What a fabulous company Aqua Cool is
A massive thank you to Reece Cronin who as been so helpful making us decide which water cooler will suit us best
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Easy to order, easy to pay the invoices

A straight forward company to business with

Aquacool always delivers our water on time, and the team is super friendly and easy to work with. Reliable, helpful, and always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Signed a contract with Aquacool based on a promise of immediate water delivery. No delivery arrived as agreed, and when it finally did, it was sent to the wrong address.

Due to Aquacool failing to meet their side of the contract, I attempted to rescind the agreement. This was refused, and I was then charged the full contract value for an entire year in advance.

Overall, a very disappointing experience, with poor service and no flexibility when issues were clearly caused by Aquacool.

the company were very helpful and knowledgable.
