Aquacool really helped us find the right water cooler exactly when we needed it. We had some helpful back-and-forth on calls and emails to make sure it suited our GP practice perfectly, otherwise, we were on track to pick the wrong one and would have regretted it soon after.

I have recently had the pleasure of of doing business with Reece in using Aquacool for our cold water provision in new premises. I was looking for straight forward transparency and genuine honest people and go just that. Reece has been a delight as have the delivery team. This could not have been easier and I am happy with the product which exceeded expectation. Value for money and with people you want to work with. Highly recommend Reece and the team!

BE WARNED ❌⛔️ - awful company will not deliver within the given time frame. Do not I repeat DO NOT trust and sign anything with them until you have your delivery. They will not deliver for months and then take you to court as you have signed the contract. Ruthless company out to take you to court without delivering goods in time. We placed an order and agreed a delivery time frame. We chased them with no joy and out the blue one day they sent a rep to arrange installation. We mentioned that we have had one installed as we couldn’t wait the month without contact from them. They then took us to court for £1200 for signing the contract! Resulting in a CCJ - do not use this company at any cost.

I messaged Aquacool on Thursday morning to enquire about their services (we'd been let down by our usual water supplier).
I got a call back from Reece Cronin shortly after and by Friday morning, we had a delivery of water, at a really reasonable price, plus a service on our own machine.
I can't fault Reece or Aquacool, I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you so much :)

I was waiting to leave a review until I had goods delivered. However I can say that Aquacool has been great from start to finish - they were really quick at responding and setting us up followed by a speedy delivery of the machine and water bottles. All staff friendly and clear communication.
