They would sell you the world but don't deliver
I have ordered a cooler they have taken upfront deposit, then without my permission charged my card 3 month upfront, when I chased up for the order they told me it is has been cancelled without any reason.
They have a good sales team but this is where it finishes
JUST TO CLARIFY ON THEIR REPLY.
No one called me to advise on the 3 month payment you just went and charged my card you used for the deposit.
No one called me that you can't deliver it to it was me calling up and asking when my machine is being delivered and was then told I will be getting a refund.

After using a previous water company who are utterly useless for years, I looked for a new supplier. Enquired with Aquacool and received a quote within an hour or so.

Due to our own issues, I had to put this on hold, but as soon as I was ready to get things rolling, Aquacool were quick with their responses, as well as delivery and installation, and were also extremely friendly.

They even uninstalled our previous machine for us which was extremely helpful!

I would recommend.

Reece has been super helpful for the duration of the negotiations. The pricing is very competitive. The only reason we have not proceeded with a contract is the our existing Co have agreed to a fixed term cost on existing machine. So to avoid the disruption of having a machine replaced we are sticking with current supplier. I will have no hesitation in moving to Aquacool when our contract expires.

amazing company!! I was previously with Culligan who robbed me blind and had horrendous customer service etc! I enquired to aquacool within one hour I was set up amazing phone service! So friendly, to my absolute shock within 24 hours I have my new water cooler set up quickly and away we go! Could not praise this company more if you are looking for water coolers then please go with this company!! The guy who signed me up needs recognition and so does the delivery guy!

Ordered a bottled water dispenser for the office yesterday - engineers came down to fit the day after and the guys that came down seemed really knowledgeable - really happy, couldn't recommend more 👍

Credit control is unnecessarily aggressive. Letters from them had gone into spam - and as a result, we were charged 'legal fees' to reclaim rental fees for the unit in the future - i.e. a service that had not yet been received! This seems entirely illegal
