My pre-order bag was going to be delivered at the end of February. It kept on getting delayed and I finally received it in the beginning of April. The quality looked rather cheap and the bag smelled horrible. I wanted to return it as it says on the website that returns form Europe are free. However when i want to create my return on the website I have to pay 15,90 EUR. Customer service stopped replying to my emails. I do not recommend Asereje.

De tas ziet er aardig uit maar stinkt echt vreselijk. Zitten ook lelijke vouwen in die hopelijk nog een beetje wegtrekken, net als de geur… Ik hang m wel even een tijdje buiten, misschien helpt het.

Update: achtersf toch 5 sterren want geweldige klantenservice. Kreeg een refund na mijn klacht over de stank.

Ik had hoge verwachtingen van deze tas.
Jammer genoeg is de kwaliteit Shein achtig terwijl je 80 euro betaalt. Ook stinkt de tas uren in de wind.
Deze stuur ik jammer genoeg terug. Voor deze terugzending vragen ze 16 euro, hier maken ze duidelijk winst op.

My order arrived on time, I love the bag, it doesn't have any chemical smell and seems very comfortable…I'll evaluate the durability over time. I'm satisfied. Thanks for everything!

Tasche stinkt bestialisch, Rückversand kostet 15 Euro. Ärgerlich.

La bague que j’ai commandé s’est cassée en même pas deux semaines… la pierre s’est décollée. Vu le prix je suis très déçue, comment faire ?

Disgusting - have just received an email from ups saying I owe a third of what I paid for the ring!! Do not order if you are in the UK - not worth it

De tas lijkt helemaal niet op de foto’s. Kleuren komen anders uit en het het wel Chinese kwaliteit. De tas stinkt ook vreselijk. Ik heb contact opgenomen met de “klantenservice” maar heb geen enkele respons gekregen op mijn mails.

Slechte kwaliteit ! Slechte service !

UPDATE : in plaats van te reageren op mijn mails krijg ik een mail aan van trustpilot dat Asereje mijn review gerapporteerd heeft omdat deze “schadelijke of illegale inhoud bevat”

Dit zegt alles over hun aanpak van klanten die niet tevreden zijn.

The shipping was quite fast and my order arrived within a week (to Switzerland).

The customer support was also great:
- Before I ordered, I asked wether the bag fits an iPad (it does state that on the website which I did not read well) and they replied very fast and kindly to all my questions
- The tracking number was somehow wrong on the shop app, so I emailed them and they were quick to provide me the correct one

The bag itself states it's leather. I can't tell since I'm not an expert but from the feel and smell I think it is. It's very spacious btw. It did have filling to try and keep the shape but it was shipped so flat that it does have a groove/dent on one side. But I think they genuinely tried the ship the bag as carefully as possible.

Note that like most reviews already stated that if you order from here, you will most likely also receive a tax bill from customs. Mine was I think between CHF 30-40.

I would love the give them a 4.5 but sadly not possible here.
