Извините, но за 170 евро продавать сумку качеством буд-то вам её слепили во дворе евро за 10, это наглость. Всё пошито вроде ровно, дизайн красивый (за это два балла, ну и хотя бы сервис какой никакой был), но всё остальное это катастрофа за такую цену. При этом я тот человек, который НИКОГДА не оставлял плохие отзывы, но тут вы заслужили, потому что за такую цену ожидаешь супер качество 🥲🥲🥲 и посылка шла месяц, хотя говорили про одну неделю... но самое худшее не это 🙈 Jolene's Bag

I ordered a handbag and unfortunately the delivery has been very problematic, due to errors from the courier's end. Laia from customer service has been extremely helpful and supportive every step of the way, helped me locate the parcel and refunded fees I had to pay twice. And the bag is beautiful, really worth the wait!

Extremely bad quality.
I bought the Paloma bag (which cost 80 euros) from them and I was so disappointed.
1) The zip was terrible quality.
2) The bag felt like plastic.
3) The bag smelt like fish. I would be embarrassed to leave the house with it.

I am very disappointed, given I am happy to pay more money for a good quality, beautiful bag, but this was comparable to a 5 euro Shein bag.

Please take this into account for future costumers and the planet!

Bought a bag and really like it but the smell is so horrible! Like old fish, burnt plastic and something else I cant put my finger on. It is so strong, that some one in line behind me on a super market till said to their partner, that something smells really bad like old rotten fish and I knew, that it was me and my new bag :(

I tried everything: airing it out, wiping it down, fabric freshener... nothing helps.

Its such a pitty as I really like the bag :(

habe eine tasche bestellt, finde sie auch wirklich schön. aber sie riecht extrem nach fisch. ich habe sie behalten und auch einen monat später ist der geruch noch nicht weg, obwohl ich das innenfutter gewaschen habe und kaffeepulver in einer schale in die tasche gestellt habe.. würde ich niemals nochmal bestellen. es riecht wirklich so widerlich.
habe eine zweite tasche noch in einer anderen farbe bestellt und sie dann zurückgeschickt weil sie genauso schlimm gerochen hat. rückversand hat 15€ gekostet.. hätte ich nicht bestellt wenn ich das gewusst hätte..

Ho aspettato con ansia il mio marsupio , design molto bello ma una volta arrivato, a parte la puzza insopportabile di pesce che è difficilissimo da togliere dalla borsa, guardano il materiale e le riforniture mi sono resa conto che ti certo non vale 80 euro . La userò comunque se riesco a togliere sta puzza di pesce , ma purtroppo rimango delusa

My pre-order bag was going to be delivered at the end of February. It kept on getting delayed and I finally received it in the beginning of April. The quality looked rather cheap and the bag smelled horrible. I wanted to return it as it says on the website that returns form Europe are free. However when i want to create my return on the website I have to pay 15,90 EUR. Customer service stopped replying to my emails. I do not recommend Asereje.

Ik had hoge verwachtingen van deze tas.
Jammer genoeg is de kwaliteit Shein achtig terwijl je 80 euro betaalt. Ook stinkt de tas uren in de wind.
Deze stuur ik jammer genoeg terug. Voor deze terugzending vragen ze 16 euro, hier maken ze duidelijk winst op.

My order arrived on time, I love the bag, it doesn't have any chemical smell and seems very comfortable…I'll evaluate the durability over time. I'm satisfied. Thanks for everything!

Tasche stinkt bestialisch, Rückversand kostet 15 Euro. Ärgerlich.
