Not only are their bags incredibly lovely (I have the Paloma and get so many compliments), their customer service team is also amazing. I had a nightmare with deliveries/returns and the team was there for me throughout and were incredibly generous with their time and resources.
Couldn't recommend the bags enough and you know you'll be looked after when ordering! They really care about their customers.

Miquel on the customer care team for ASRJ is an absolute pleasure. I had an issue with a piece of jewellery- which was no fault of the brand’s, and queried about a potential replacement item. Miquel was quick to respond, and immediately offered a resolution for me. I felt heard and understood, and altogether had an absolutely wonderful experience with the care team.

No puedo estar más contenta con esta marca y con el equipo humano que hay detrás de ella. Hice tarde un pedido de un bolso para un regalo de Reyes y me equivoqué en el color al pedirlo. Me puse en contacto con ellos por email y les comenté mi error y preocupación, me respondieron rapidísimo que no me podían hacer ya el cambio pero que sobre la marcha me enviaban otro bolso del color que yo quería y que probablemente me llegarían los dos bolsos a la vez. Seguía preocupada por el poco tiempo que quedaba pero confié ya que su respuesta fue rápida. Efectivamente los dos bolsos me los trajo el mismo repartidor en dos paquetes distintos y me llegaron el día 5 por la mañana... Justo a tiempo!! Mi sorpresa fue doble, primero y lo más importante (siendo yo comercial y estando encargada de un grupo de personas) es que tras mi error, tenía mi regalo de Reyes a tiempo gracias al equipo humano tan bueno y eficaz que hay detrás de esta marca, y además, que la calidad del bolso Paloma es excelente, una piel suave pero resistente, un diseño actual pero sencillo, una correa un poco más ancha de lo normal y ajustable lo cual es muy cómodo para el hombro y forma de llevarlo, y una capacidad muy muy buena, con una abertura mediante cremallera amplia para poder encontrar rápidamente en el bolso cualquier cosa.
No suelo escribir muchas reseñas pero sí lo hago cuando se ha hecho algo muy bien o muy mal. En este caso es de justicia que escriba mi experiencia y que dé la enhorabuena a este esquipo de personas y recomiende mucho sus productos.

Compré el bolso Paloma y estoy encantada!!
Es precioso y lo uso mucho. No descarto volver a hacerles un pedido pronto.
Además tuve un problema con el pedido y me lo solucionaron súper rápido y bien. Muy contenta, de verdad.

Encargue un bolso y no estaba muy segura de hacerlo por las opiniones que había leído. Fue todo perfecto. En 48 horas tenia el bolso en casa y eso que estamos en Navidades. Encantada con el servicio. Volveré a comprar seguro.

Ordered a bag as a christmas present, the carrier then for some unknown reason returned it to sender, i contacted the company who could see that it had been returned and made every effort to get a new bag sent to me asap, and amazingly it arrived in time for christmas. They kept me informed along the way. A big thank you!

I was hit with a 48£ tax bill for a 76£ bag. was not informed of the taxes at checkout. incredibly cheeky to not have clear information about these taxes on the website when you buy. Would not recommend ordering from here.

Es una absoluta vergüenza. No te puedes excusar para todo bajo la respuesta constante de "somos una marca pequeña". luego quieras tener unos precios con los que la atención al cliente que ofrezcas no esté a la altura de dichos precios. Si no puedes tener una marca que luego no vaya a cubrir la postventa con disponibilidad y eficacia, no la tengas. Pedí un anillo hace un mes...llegó defectuoso, para conseguir que me respondieran estuve dos semanas. Y otras dos para que lo volvieran a enviar. Y luego para colmo el pedido se había perdido...lo notifiqué y hasta que insistí y vieron que efectivamente se había perdido. Un absoluto desastre. Tenía ilusión por descubrir esta marca...y ha sido todo cada vez peor. Ni si quiera unas disculpas. Un poco de amabilidad y predisposición lo cura todo...muy decepcionada

Spent £80 for a bag. Took nearly a month to get a bag that smelled of fish and the zip broke upon first use. Don’t waste your money.

I do not understand the negative reviews, maybe I was lucky but I got the package under 5 days and it is exactly as advertised. I love the material and the style is so cool. I got the chocolate color but I would buy more colors. I will say it is somewhat overpriced, but if it’s gonna last me 5+years it was a good investment.

I had a very disappointing experience with ASEREJE. I ordered a bag that arrived with a broken zipper and cheap, fake leather. When I informed the brand immediately, they suggested I get it repaired locally, which I found completely unreasonable for a brand new defective product.

After I proceeded on a refund and returned the item following their instructions, almost a month passed with no communication or refund. I had to email them again to ask for proof of refund before they finally processed it - long after they had already received the returned item.

This whole process was slow, frustrating, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this brand - both the product quality and customer service were very disappointing.

Sneaky and fraudulent site. The website did not openly state that I would be charged import duties at the time of delivery. This should have been openly stated at checkout or had me prepay before shipping.

Beste, de tas is prima, shipping en informatie daarover was ook accuraat. Maar de tas stinkt ongelooflijk. Dat is niet te missen. En alle spullen die in de tas hebben gezeten, stinken ook ongelooflijk!!!!
Het kan niet zijn dat ik de 1e ben die dit opmerkt. En voor een tas van 80 euro had ik dit niet verwacht! Wat is jullie advies?

Mijn tas was vrij snel kapot gegaan (de rits ging niet meer dicht) en na wat contact te hebben gehad, kreeg ik binnen een week een nieuwe :) De tas is een mooie kwaliteit. Ook hun sieraden blijven mooi!

I have ordered the Paloma bag on 13th of September, received an email of shipment on the 17th, since then, the carrier still don't have it... I have sent several emails to the Brand & the carrier to understand where is my order, no answer in 3 days...
I'm very concerned and do not recommend placing an order.

Waited two months to receive the bag, zip doesn’t close properly (they’ve offered to cover repair costs) cheap material not as good as in the pictures.. and pricey for what it is.

I seriously love my order! Shipping was quick and the packaging felt so thoughtful, like unwrapping a little present. The jewelry is gorgeous and super high quality…. it’s real 925 silver and I’ve been wearing it nonstop for weeks, it still looks brand new. Honestly, it looks even better in person than the pics. Couldn’t be happier!
