Couldn’t fault the service I received…
Couldn’t fault the service I was offered a courtesy car for while mine was in the garage as it had to wait for a recall part, thankyou to those who I spoke on the phone when making my appointment to ladies behind reception desk and the mechanics/ technicians behind the scenes too, doing the service/ repairs/ mot.
I’ll definitely be using this garage in the future.

After being charged for a faulty…
After being charged for a faulty curtesy car that I had reported to Aston Vauxhall for display traction warning signs they said it’s fine don’t worry .it broke done at night on a busy road with my pregnant with .Aston Vauxhall didn’t help with onward travel for us and left us to ring the rac our self’s .and was still charged for the car JOKE .the customer care and after care is a disgrace and non existent.after having 3 independent garages inspect my car and all concluded that there is a noise coming from engine.conveniently ASTON VAUXHALL denied any noise on both times the car was returned they also refused me to talk to a manager .all smiles when your buying the car .feel massively let down .dont like to leave a bad review but credit is due where it is due

We apologise that the new Vauxhall courtesy car broke down with you, the vehicle had onward travel with RAC if you had stayed with the car, but you left the keys with the supermarket, The car for this reason did not get to us for another 7 days as it was seen as a non priority as no onward travel requested.
To confirm you were only charged for the days that you used the courtesy car and this is a charge for the cars insurance that then gets uploaded onto the insurance motor data base.
For your car having covered some 14000 miles since purchase, when you actually came into us the last time, you were out of warranty but we did look at the vehicle and no charge was made for the technicians time, we believe that you having the car serviced (overdue) by another garage has cured the noise.
On your last visit you did speak with the Workshop Controller and he again demonstrated no noise.
We are sorry that you have left this review and you feel the way you do about us.

Wonderful from start to finish
Wonderful from start to finish. Sonny was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Had a previous negative experience from another dealer and Aston were an absolute breath of fresh air. Am currently driving a lovely Ford Focus from Aston and am throughly pleased with it. Thankyou Aston. Would absolutely recommend.
