Bought a Truma solar panel kit for self fit. Got some good initial advice, and then the purchase process and swift delivery was excellent.

Very efficient and quick. Given demonstration on completion.

Excellent service from Tyrone and his colleague with the fitting of the air con in our Motorhome - can’t believe how quickly they installed it their workmanship was excellent and very respectful of our Motorhome you wouldn’t even know they had been working on it - if you’re thinking of having one installed or anything else we 100% recommend Autoadditions *****

Thankyou Tyrone

Would have given 5 Stars as the fitter did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable.

The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I was messed about a lot with the fitting date which was changed despite assurances that it would be fitted on a certain day.

Tyrone explained everything and nothing was too much trouble. A real gent.

Tyrone came last week to fit a Truma Aventa Comfort Air conditioning unit into our motorhome. Excellent customer service, messaged to say he was running late due to traffic, which was appreciated. Demo of how to use it was brilliant and a lot easier than trying to just read the manual. Looking at the self-levellers next so we will be in touch. Many thanks Denise and Andy

Just like thank Tyrone for a great job he did supplying and fitting a mover on my caravan excellent job definitely will recommend him to anyone who needs a mover fitted

Many thanks to the team at auto additions

Keep up the good work!!

Tyrone and son fitted auto satalite system for me done in a crack everything clean and tidy where they worked highly satisfied with the job would recommend them for anything you need this was the second job done for me first one was new air con unit as mine broke

Great guys who did the job, fitted a motor mover no fuss. Very busy very polite and hard working.

Excellent professional service. Kept informed of delays and did a super job

Overall very happy with the fitting & cost of our mover.
Tyrone, the fitter, arrived on time and did a great job fitting and demonstrating the mover a lot quicker than I expected which was nice.
The only issue we had was caused by the current supply issues around most caravan items, our mover was delayed from the manufacturer which was annoying but the more annoying thing, and the reason they never got a 5*,was the poor communication from Auto Additions, hopefully things will get back to normal once covid and other supply problems have settled down.

Really helpful when I phoned about an aircon unit for our motorhome, gave good advice on which one we needed. Appointment was booked a few weeks ahead as they were so busy, kept me informed all day about arrival time etc. Sadly unable to do the job that day due to the horrendous downpours of rain! Rebooked for the following week, again plenty of communication. Fitted beautifully and tidied everything up once done. Great company to do business with, would recommend and use again.

Great job done they turned up and got straight on with the job. Clean and tidy. Would recommend

Tyron fitted truma compact plus air conditioning unit to our caravan he even came to the site we was holidaying on down in Cornwall very convenient and timely as it was the hottest week of the year! Great service and a genuine nice guy

A good job in difficult times. Well done Tyrone.
