Waiting for a 5300$ refund with no response from them

I’ve Bern waiting for Three months for thé reimbursement of an insurance cheque for a total loss,in the amount of 5300$ and i still haven’t received any response from them. I have contacted them by Email and by phone and i even sent a formal notice.. but i am still waiting for a response so i am going to Take legal action against them.

It looks like there might be a bit of a mix-up, as we are Auto Capital, a van and accessory dealer based in London, UK. Since your claim is in US Dollars ($), we believe you may be trying to reach a different company in the United States.

Very easy and quick process with Haider would recommend to anyone looking at buying a second hand van

This company from start to finish were brilliant! Ibrahim talked us through the system of finance and collection explained all the finer details and even had the van ready for work within 72 hours of us seeing it
