I can't make a purchase since it won't allow me to substitute the grey with the white. There is no order number, yet, and if I can't replace it, then I'll just have to find an alternative to this. That is my end result with dealing with this company since the rep doesn't want to understand that I'm trying to place a new order, and kept closing the case after each message, thus making it seem like she didn't even care about the customer trying to make a new purchase.

I own a Lexus GS 350 , white , metalic. I have few scratches that I want to fix it I order a kit matching my car color and I received the wrong color .Consequently , I have to got to shop to cover the damage from the color send to me by Automotive Touch up. Very unpleased with the move Company .

I am writing this review as a severe warning to potential consumers. Micro Finish LLC (operating as Automotive Touchup) has engaged in what I consider to be unjust enrichment and bad-faith customer service regarding a transaction from August 11, 2025 (Charge: $66.08).

The items were never successfully delivered and were fully returned to their warehouse facility. I hold irrefutable carrier tracking proof confirming delivery back to their possession. I contacted customer support via telephone, and their staff explicitly confirmed that a full refund would be issued. It never was. For nearly nine months, I have sent multiple follow up emails. The company has systematically ignored my written correspondence, successfully stalling the process until my bank's standard credit card dispute window.

Do not assume that because the bank dispute window has passed, you are legally clear. I have officially issued a formal 5-Day Final Demand for Payment to your support inbox.

If my $66.08 is not credited back to my account immediately, this entire documented paper trail, including time stamped tracking logs and ignored email will be submitted directly to regulatory authorities for fraudulent billing practices. Check your ticketing system for my final demand notice. Issue the refund immediately.

Excellent job of matching 25 year old weathered paint! This is my third vehicle to use automotive touch-up paint.

It has been 13 days since i placed the order and no item has been deliver. Definitely not using this company anymore

The paint matches are perfect. I have used on +/- 5 cars and each time the color is exact.
Very good service as delivery is in a reasonable time.

The color did not match at all. I ordered Pearl White to match my car. I had a few small scrapes and a couple rock chips on front fender but wanted to fix. I cleaned and lightly sanded all the spots I wanted to touchup. This is a plastic bumper. Then applied the solid color. It seemed very stark white but I assumed once I applied the Pearl coat it would tone it down. However when I went to apply the Pearl coat a day later it just re reliquify's\re-wets the white coat smearing it all over. Wiped off, applied solid white color again. Waited 2 days. Applied the Pearl coat and same thing again, It just smeared everything instead of just coating on top of the white solid color. It looks horrible. This was using 2oz bottles. Bought to much but didn't know a little goes a long way even though it doesn't work.

No Match, Absolute Junk Refused To Honor Their Product And Not Refund Customer, Stay Away Their Are Much Better Companies Out There

Paint splattered badly and was worthless. The company totaly misrepresented me for any form of support or refund. I lost $367.74 plus the cost of all the other materials I bought for the job.

Color does not cover in 3-4 coats. There is no topcaot available so the basecoat does not cover like other products I have used with great success. I emailed the company about the issue and although I got a receipt of my question, 2 days later still no response. I want to return the additional color for another car and the phone number just rings and rings: no answer, no voice mail, no options. Feel like the company is not a professional entity.

have used your product before, perferct match, and looks great ! wish it came in a 6 0z. can, as I paint 1/25 model cars, and a 6 oz can would be easier to use, and store.
