Our daughter was visiting us from Australia and required a new suitcase; she bought a fantastic pair of Samsonite limited edition ones. She was very happy with the price and service we decided to replace ours as well.
Our budget wasn’t massive, so Gary explained the options and gave a discount so that we could actually have the ones we preferred. They were ordered and when they arrived at the shop, Gary phoned. We collected them late one day (5.45pm) but Gary still took time to set the three lock combinations, explain how the inside bags fitted, double checked each case and recorded the guarantee.
His prices are better than online and come with personal service.😁👏

The lady in the shop is so very friendly and helpful. You can explain what you do like and what you do not like and she will steer you to various items but then leave you to it. She was not pushy at all which is a great bonus as well.
