It was really good to deal with a company that actually wanted to speak to it's customers. Enquired about a bag that was out of stock in the colour I wanted, kept me informed about the expected stock arrival & was promptly dispatched once stock had been received.

I went into bagcraft today to find a new purse for a gift for my wife as hers was wearing out. The shop was well presented and stocked with quality items. The real pleasure was meeting Maureen what a sweet lady! She was chatty and very kind. She was Very helpful pulling out the wallets and purses for us to browse. The items we purchased were well packaged and protected. Will definitely come back when in need of future items. Thank you.

Bought a case 2 weeks ago. When it arrived we realised we'd made a mistake. Bagcraft didn't hesitate in taking back the wrong one and ordering the right one for us.
