We had gone around the town centre for…
We had gone around the town centre for around 3 hours, in and out of jewellers, trying to find some lovely (and reasonably priced!) wedding rings.
We couldn't bring ourselves to buy the rings in town as the price tags were just awful! So, we came home and started looking online. That's when we found Bands of Love!
The price of both of our rings that we purchased from Bands of Love was less than a singular ring we had found in town. The price was unbeatable!
Having paid for the rings, we eagerly awaited their arrival as we were a little dubious about the level of quality the rings would be - after all, they were a bargain! We needn't of worried - we've both now been wearing our rings for around 6 weeks, and they are perfect! Great quality; they look amazing; and, a good fit too!
Would highly recommend - just wish we had found Bands of Love sooner!!

You get what you pay for!!
Ordered a plain 3mm 18ct court band and paid for engraving on the inside. When it arrived I tried it on and noticed strange dark marks speckled across the shank...took a quick photo and emailed the company to report it was faulty and that I wanted to return it for a refund. Didn’t have time to mess about with them sending a replacement as I had to get married so purchased a non faulty ring elsewhere. Took more photos in daylight to send to bands of love, but they argued they couldn’t see the marks, which beggars belief! Eventually refunded as a “gesture of goodwill” without acknowledging the ring was faulty and when I said I was supposed to be refunded the cost of returning the faulty ring, they said the faults were only noticed by the team under “intense re-inspection” (so they were acknowledging it!!) but what a load of nonsense - can clearly see the marks in every single photo taken on a cameraphone and when the ring was on my finger. It seems this company ignore Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To accuse me of “browbeating” is incredibly rude and unfair, I have been reasonable throughout and am an honest customer just wanting a wedding ring and the matter is certainly not negligible - we are talking wedding rings here to be worn a lifetime and one expects a fault free ring. Would suggest the “team” get their eyes checked out as it took me all of 5 seconds to see the ring was covered in black marks and not be so downright cheeky and ignorant when they make a mistake.

We have a strong track record of pleasing most people, most of the time...
Unfortunately, we are not at all surprised that this customer has taken to review us in this way, despite our best efforts to remain respectful and reasonable to them.
Due to their 'specific circumstances' reported, we chose to provide a full refund without fuss.
However we found their demands for a refund for their return postage unreasonable. For whilst we respect a customer's right to reject an item sent to them, we regard it is as completely unreasonable for a customer to browbeat us over a negligible matter*.
* With regards the blemish on the ring in question, each of x3 long-standing members of our team had to spend an inordinate amount of time to find their concern.
Fortunately having served customers for over 14 years, we have found the vast majority are incredibly pleasant, reasonable and a pleasure to serve.

From the start of the process, choosing the ring and then speaking to a representative for other requirements was very easy, friendly and professional. When I received my ring it was perfect the fit and design. Definitely a first class service from start to finish. Brilliant service
5 days to my wedding and realised ring didn't fit due to an operation on my hand/finger.
Shops were not interested. 6/8 weeks minimum. I needed a Z+6.
Called BOL and within an hour, sorted the ring, got advice on best fit and placed the order. Customer services very thorough to make sure there were no problems.
Ring arrived on time and was perfect.
Day saved.

The most excellent and personal service, choice and quality you would expect from a traditional jewellers shop without the long waiting time scale, annoying salesperson and the ridiculous price tag. We ordered our wedding rings from bands of love and were really pleased with the service. Excellent prices and they arrived very quickly. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.
The website could possibly do with a bit of a revamp but it didn’t impact on our overall experience.
