Prompt efficient service.
The item I wanted to order was out of stock so I entered my email to be notified when it came back into stock, I didn't have to wait very long and I actually received the notification email, unlike a lot of companies I have tried this with. Ordering online was quick and relatively easy, only problem was I had a discount code but there didn't seem to be a box to put the discount code in at the checkout. However, on the whole, good experience and I would order again.

Great Value & Easy to use
First time I have used a steam cleaner and very impressed! The 15-in-1 steam cleaner is brilliant on floors, upholstery and some very useful attachments for using all round the house. Really easy to use too! Top marks, Beldray!

Discount code issues for initial order.
I gave 4 stars as the placement of the order took a while as being the first order no discount code was automatically sent,it delayed my order.
The delivery was swift and item was good.

This is the 2nd time I have had a Beldray cordless steam iron. This model provides a choice of using the iron with and without the cord which is convenient and practical. The delivery via Yodel was not impressive with the first driver claiming I was out. My doorbell camera refuted that, and I contacted Beldray direct as I could not contact Yodel. Eventually delivered on the Saturday evening.
