The Good:
Heats well, is quiet (virtually silent infact), looks good, is easy to hang on the provided brackets.
The Bad:
Ridiculously poor controls.......Unless you have fingers the size of a five year old child, the eyes of a sparrow hawk and the patience of 10Jobes.
Shame really as it could be such a good product, but because of the controls we have changed our mind about buying more.

I’d like to thank you for your excellent customer service. I realised at 5pm that I’d ordered the wrong radiator and sent a message via the website. I got an email message from a real person at 6pm that day and I got a phone call the next day just before 9am to sort it out and the radiator arrived the day after that! My refund was in my bank the next day. The new radiator fits perfectly where the old one was, on the old brackets, so I didn’t even have to use a drill or redecorate. Brilliant. 😊

Efficient, speedy delivery , does what it says in the website description and easy to install. Pleasing to the eye and unobtrusive. Operating instructions and operation reasonably easy.

So easy to order and have a modification done on the product.The only thing for me is it's not easy to see the controls on the radiator I ordered due to the slimline of the product

I bought some electric radiators about a year ago from this company, fantastic service throughout. But more recently I upgraded my WIFI at home and could not get the rads to connect again, connected James at the company and he was absolutely fantastic, probably some of the best customer service I have experienced, helpful patient and kind. When you consider I purchased the radiators a year ago so there was nothing to gain for the company, they were still very very helpful helping me fix my problem. Thanks James.
