We bought a heated towel rail for our holiday cottage in October 2024. It was great while it worked but it quickly went wrong and then we had the hassle and cost of getting a replacement in June 2025. The warranty was honoured swiftly and the customer service staff were friendly and helpful but it was a nuisance to have to replace the faulty element so soon - and the replacement has just failed! Two failures within the 2 year warranty doesn't say a lot for the reliability of this model and is a real nuisance if, as in our case, it's in a holiday cottage which is therefore not always accessible to us and means guests have a chilly bathroom. Getting the replacement fitted requires an electrician so it's expensive despite the fact that Electric Radiators Direct did give us £30 towards the cost of fitting. (If you get this model, do take a photo of the serial number before fitting because it's situated at the back of the unit and is a real fiddle to photograph, requiring a mirror and flipped photo! The serial number is needed if you need a replacement).
If only it were reliable, I would be very pleased with the towel rail - it looks good as well as heating up towels and bathroom very well The controls are simple, clear and just what we need - when it works!

I had a query when I was initially looking at placing an order and I spoke to customer services, who were friendly and helpful. Then when I went to place the order, there was an issue with the cutoff time on the website, but I spoke to customer services again and they were able to help me to ensure I got my order in time.
The products that I ordered are excellent quality and came well packaged. There have been follow up emails with helpful usage guides.
I will definitely use Electric Radiators Direct again if I need to order more and have already recommended them to others in my apartment block as the radiators that were fitted by the builders were of poor quality so keep failing.

I wanted 3 radiators but they were out of stock on the website. I phoned to check availability and a very helpful member of staff explained that they were on back order and were due to arrive in early May. I ordered three radiators. They arrived in stock early but I had to change the delivery date with Fed Ex. Unfortunately Fed EX then tried to deliver them on the original date. I emailed Electric Radiators Direct and I got a quick response saying they had arranged a fresh delivery date with Fed Ex. The radiators were extremely well packed and arrived in perfect condition. It was a pleasure to deal with such a helpful and responsive customer services team. The price was excellent too!

Radiators are a great product. Staff very helpful. Very easy to set up on WiFi.
Generally well pleased with packaging and delivery.

We booked our Radiators on 25th March, they offered dates for delivery, we Choose 3rd April. they took the money £1500+. 2nd of April received an email form them saying they won't deliver. no consideration of the fact we have builders in place to fit the units on the agreed day.
Update On the terrible service from Electric Radiators Direct:
Electric Radiators Direct have been completely unreliable with delivery.
An order was scheduled for Tuesday. They later claimed no one was in, despite four builders being on-site all day. The delivery was then rearranged for Friday, only for me to receive an email on the day saying it wouldn’t be delivered and was pushed again to Monday.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially when you have trades booked and work scheduled. Delays like this cause real disruption and additional cost.
While they apologise on the phone, there is no real effort to resolve the issue or offer alternatives. It feels very much like the problem is left with the customer.
If your project depends on timing, I would strongly recommend using a more reliable supplier, even if it costs slightly more.

Very poor experience. I bought a radiator from Electric Radiators Direct which arrived damaged and with missing parts. I called and was asked to submit photos by email which I did, but then had to chase again by phone to get someone to respond to me. A replacement radiator was then sent out, which was also damaged with electric wiring exposed. Again, I had to call and email and chase repeatedly to get someone to respond to me so that I could arrange for the damaged items to be collected. I am still awaiting my refund - despite my original order being placed almost a month ago and being sent 2 defective items apparently it will take 14 working days to be refunded. In the end I bought a radiator from Argos which was delivered the next day with no problems.
