I bought a 1800Kw ceramic core radiator to replace a 3000Kw electric heater and to run together with an electric log burner as a booster for cold days. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and I'm already planning on buying a second one for the bedroom. 

It heaths up the room quickly and the unit stays warm for a good 30min after you turn it off, providing extra warmth without the extra costs. Energy consumption is as low as it can be - I have a smart meter and I can see the difference compared to the previous unit.

Only downside is that the screen is small and that instructions could be clearer, but I am using a timer plug socket which is doing the job for now. 

Communication with the company was excellent and delivery was fast. 

Great customer service. I was informed that the order I had placed was not showing correct stock levels. To meet my needs they offered an upgrade at no extra cost. They contacted me, offered solutions and were proactive in their approach to maintaining good customer service.

A really slim and efficient radiator used to supplement an inadequate underfloor heating system in a bedroom. Its appearance is excellent. Successfully incorporated into the house smart heating system either with its Wi-Fi control or using a smart plug.

Great choice of products and really quick delivery. However, what really impressed me was the quality of customer service. I made a mistake on my order and spoke with customer support who rectified my mistake and had the product to me the following day and even though the mistake was mine they charged me no additional delivery charges.

Ordering was straightforward and the radiator was delivered as planned. This is my fourth slimline radiator from Best Electric - they look great and perform well. My only criticism is that you almost need a magnifying glass to be able to operate the programmable display!

Order delivered the next day by DPD although I was expecting 48 hours so that was great. Products well packaged and all working well. Very happy.

Love the radiator, has done exactly what it should. However, had an operational difficulty a year down the line. The help and customer service received was nothing short of amazing, correspondence through e mails, phone calls excellent. Resulted in radiator being couriered back to factory, repaired, returned, back on the wall in a few days. A service rarely received. Excellent, highly recommend radiator and company.
