The kids swimming lessons here are not…
The kids swimming lessons here are not great. The teachers seem good, but because parents can't sit poolside and are forced to sit in a small airless room with TV screen feeds of the pool, it fosters a real disconnection between the parents, kids and teachers. I can hardly tell which child is my own on the screen as the camera is so far from the pool. I'll be looking to move my child to another venue as soon as I can.

Thank you for your feedback.
A lot of our centres do not allow parents to sit poolside. They do have to sit in the viewing gallery.
However, if you would like to change your home centre, please email customerservices@gll.org so we can assist you.

The company website is useless the staff offers no help in any way they don't treat people human and try to fix the problem especially if you've explained the situation to them.
Employ younger and helpful people.
