This is the only email I've had

This is the only email I've had, no other communication from you at all since I sent my claim in, the only reason I know you have dealt with the claim is that money from you has gone into my account, would have thought you would at least email to say you have received my claim let alone what and when you are paying out in to my bank.

Hi customer,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

If Policyholders submit their claims through our free-to-use Online Portal, they should receive emails when they submit a claim (confirming we’ve received a claim and how to get in touch with us if needed), and after a claim has been considered by our Claims Services Team (either a ‘Benefit Statement’ confirming the payment(s) made, or a reason why the claim could not be authorised).

However, the above may not be sent under various circumstances, such as: if a Policyholder posts their claims to us/ if we don’t have an email address on file/ if a Policyholder’s preferences do not allow us to send emails.

If you’re ever in doubt, it’s always worth calling our Helpdesk though (0121 454 3601), as they will be happy to look into things further for you where wished.

Awesome customer service!

It's the second time I need to contact BHSF customer service to get help with something and both times they have been amazing. Super friendly, quick, efficient. Today I spoke to Nasima who was very lovely and helpful. There was a small wait on the phone which I didn't mind at all, but Nasima was very apologetic and appreciative. Totally recommend.

My partner and I have used this service and find it fantastic!

This post is about an issue I had with my portal. I emailed the help desk last night, and within 24 hours the issue was resolved!

Thank you to Neil Ryder who helped assisting me and rectifying the problem for me. I have now been able to log into their new system with no problems. :)

I had issues getting into my account…

I had issues getting into my account and called the helpline, I was able to be talked to very quickly and Pal was very helpful in getting me all ready and set. They were a paragon of excellent customer service and I'm happy to say my issue was resolved quickly. I haven't used the service yet but I know with support like I'll be fine.

Quick call

Marie was the lovely lady who handled my claiming issues. A quick email from her to IT as she knew what my issue was affecting the claim, then followed up with an email back to myself to alert me my portal was back up and running! Fab efficiency Marie. Thank you.

This is a fabulous medical service

This is a fabulous service, I have been with the BHSF for as long as I can remember. It takes the sting out of big Dentist an Optical costs plus if you are unfortunat to have heath issues they they are there to help with private consultancy plus finacial support.

Requesting a claim form.

I required help with getting a claim form and my customer number details. Neil and others advised me on how to do this so I am now able to send off my dental claim as of today.
The service was efficient and timely as required.
