Wenn man bereit ist, für nicht in Deutschland verfügbare Produkte ein wenig mehr Geld auszugeben, ist Big Apple Buddy zu empfehlen. Meine bestellten Beats Fit Pro waren bereits 4 Tage nach der Bestellung bei mir. Auch die Informationen zum Sendungsstatus kamen innerhalb von wenigen Stunden. Lieferkosten sind leider sehr hoch, daher ein Stern abzug.

I have bought from Big Apple Buddy twice now and am totally sure of them as a reliable, quick, secure and friendly service.

Riguardo all'affidabilità niente da dire, prodotto ordinato con successo dagli Stati Uniti, è arrivato nei tempi previsti da loro (nel mio caso circa 2 settimane) e mi hanno anche rilasciato la fattura sotto mia richiesta.
Il difetto che mi ha fatto mettere 3 stelle è l'alto costo delle spese di spedizione dato che si affida a Fedex. In base al prodotto si arriva a pagare anche centinaia di euro per la spedizione, senza contare che si deve pagare anche l'IVA a parte da dare al corriere (non viene incluso nel prezzo quindi fate i conti anche di questo) e finisci per spendere un patrimonio ciò che inizialmente sembrava un affare.
Per chi consiglio? Per un prodotto veramente scontato che nonostante i costi di spedizione conviene ancora (il mio caso) oppure per un prodotto non disponibile nel nostro Paese e di cui si ha la necessità

Wanted to upload a pic, but can’t here. Really satisfied with the experience, BAB team would send an email right after purchase as a confirmation, and along with tracking info, the whole process felt very reassuring and that they care about your purchase. They even wrote a note in the gift box to thank me for the purchase, how sweet! the price for me in total was cheaper than if i were to purchase locally, nevertheless, my item was OOS here so that’s why i went to find online source and that’s how i found BAB.

Delivery from USA to Italy, everything was ok. I've been surprised by their delivery speed and customer extra caring.

It looks like a total scam. I ordered Pixel 6 and the phone does not turn on. It looks like they had a defective product and sent it to me. They reply rather quickly but with ZERO help and just postponing or advising me to go and solve the problem somewhere else.
Right now, I have a Pixel 6 which does not turn on - bought from this poor company. I advise everyone to be very careful.
