Excellent process with actual customer service! First the ordering process was easy, the tracking accurate, the driver called me as I was not home at the time making it easy for me to let him know where to leave it. Secondly and the best they emailed me to make sure I received my package and was happy with the service allowing me an opportunity to deal with any issues!

Was honestly skeptical at first but they did everything so professionally and efficiently. I got my bag in 2-3 weeks which buying FROM the coach store in the states and delivering to asia, is considered already really fast. Not as expensive as I thought it would be as well. Awesome!

The Service was good. The item i purchased took a while to arrive in their facillity but the shipping was faster then i expected. I used Paypal as a payment method but i dont know if it was Paypals fault because sometimes when i tried to buy my stuff it wouldnt load the Paypal login. But thats the only Negative thing i have to say.

Ordered a meta glasses from us to nz with big apple buddy. My delivery was fast, I got updates and tracking on my parcel. No extra taxes on top, just paid on the website. Easy and fast service, Recommend!

I order a device to deliver to the UAE. The experience was great, they ordered the (electronic) device for me very quickly and shipped it to me as soon as they received it. The delivery process went smoothly, no issue with customs. Would recommend.

I ordered an item through Big Apple Buddy, but I decided to cancel the order before the item had arrived at their facility or been shipped to me.

The cancellation was accepted, and I received a refund of US$1,132.91. However, I was charged non-refundable fees of $50 service fee and $29.57 card fee, meaning I lost money despite cancelling before receiving the product.

I understand that businesses may have cancellation policies, but I believe these charges should be clearly highlighted before customers place an order. The overall experience was disappointing because I expected a full refund when cancelling before delivery.

I hope Big Apple Buddy improves transparency about cancellation fees so customers can make a fully informed decision before ordering.

It took me a long while researching difference sellers of the third gen, 2K wired Google doorbell, only available from the USA. I finally settled on big Apple Buddy. I'm very glad I did. All the information I needed was on the website clearly spelled out with all the prices, taxes and delivery included. And it was the best price I could find too.

Big Apple Buddy is offering a concierge service and responsible for buying your goods from trustworthy suppliers/sellers in the US and delivering them right to your doorstep.

Hence, the team is focused on ordering your items, checking the incoming delivery at their warehouse, repackaging your goods and get them finally sent to your country.

That beeing said, Big Apple Buddy cannot be responsible for handling customs, duties, import taxes, VAT, etc. This falls under the responsibility of the customer. However, FedEx (or UPS) is offering a full-service tax handling for you, once the parcel is on the way.

We have been informed about that matter upfront and it was totally logic (we are a company and are experienced in importing goods from Non-EU countries).

Ordered the Meta Ray-Ban Smart Glasses delivered to Switzerland. They arrived within a week, which was at the very early end of the estimated delivery window.

The entire process was incredibly smooth, from placing the initial order to unboxing the product. I did have to pay additional import duty upon arrival, but this was entirely expected thanks to the transparency provided by Big Apple Buddy during checkout.
