Exceptional customer service.
The customer service provided by Tim has been exceptional. The whole process from hearing test to fitment and fine tuning of the hearing aid has been a totally stress free experience. Tim's friendly personality has contributed to making the visits to the Cwmbwrla branch very efficient and relaxed. Boots Hearingcare certainly have a true professional in their team and as such I will award 5 stars. Gareth

The audiologist is reassuring and welcoming. First time for hearing aids so it was a big step but the whole experience was excellent.
