Incredibly helpful staff, reliable, good quality products. Cannot recommend them enough.

Two things of note. The AI assistant is just about as useful as any other on their store page, only good at answering basic questions and are rarely able to help in any meaningful capacity. I wouldn't bother. Just go straight to messaging them directly.

Besides, you'd be missing out if you just used the AI chat. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Just now I reached out asking if I could get a replacement glass window for my stove (I had lost it, this was no fault of theirs) and they sent me one for next day delivery free of charge.

Second thing is that some of the video tutorials on the site are out of date, particularly the video explaining how to install flashing. I was informed over the phone this is an issue they are aware of and are working to resolve.

Overall, you're not just getting high quality products when you buy from this company, you're getting top quality service as well.

I would recommend their rechargeable lanterns, the Luna bell line of tents and the classic stove.

I spoke to a sales representative about the second sale. Prompt quick responses to all my questions. Ordered on Monday and it arrived the next day by lunchtime! Haven’t used the tent yet! But as a solo I put it up in the garden and it was much easier than I thought! I have the 4m classic . Amazing customer service! Just saving up to get the awning 🥰

These guys are a seriously good company. The ordering process is so easy - love all the detailed info available on their website. Delivery is super fast. And the quality is excellent - you can tell as soon as you get it out of the box, everything is well designed and feels strong. We really feel that our tent was well worth the money.

Ps go for the star tent, it's well worth the extra money to have a porch - you'll only go and buy an awning anyway!

After very well using and loving the 4m bell tent for about 8 years, I treated myself to the 5m star bell tent for a festival this last weekend and I absolutely loved it. One main concern for myself is setting up the tent, but it was a very easy task and three friends and I had more than enough space to spread out, get a nice breeze through the tent, do our meditation in the space and just enjoy the comfort. We made it really nice and cosy with lots of carpets and fairy lights, and found ourselves just wanting to hang out in the tent instead of going into the festival! I particularly love how easy it is to transport and set up. It is a very pretty tent and I cannot wait to use it again! I was very happy to buy a tent from Boutique Camping for the second time and would super recommend :)

We ordered the 5m polycotton lite and we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. Instructuons clear concise and easy to follow. And if you get really atuck yhere is always the videos on Youtube to follow. Easy to esemble and pack away now we've had some practice and a great size for us and our toddler with room to spare as he gets older. We could have got away with the 4m but the 5m added that extra bit of comfort and we were able to fit our blow up double mattress across one half facing the door. The other half became storage with enough space to create a seating area of floor cushions.

As we have never had a bell tent before I can't compare weights but we were able to lift it between the two of us with the help of wheeled trolley to transport it to our camping spot from the car.

We were a little nervous as it rained the first night we put it up, however, the tent weathered it well without any leaks. We bought a half moon polypropylene matting to add a little extra comfort to the camping experience. Easy to keep clean and and the creases made packing away easier.

The delivery was within 2 working days as promised and I was kept informed of delivery times. The video instructions were easy to follow for putting up the tent and we have had our 1st night. All good except difficult to get thro’ on the phone when I had made an error with my order.

To add to my previous review, I am now camping in my Luna tent and it is magnificent. Spacious and well thought out design and excellent quality. The only improvement I would suggest would be a couple of pockets in the inner tent. One very happy customer

The online page has false information. I purchased the classic tent for &469 on July 21st and two weeks later my order status was still in processing status I emailed the customer service and they answered the next day letting me know that order has not shipped because the correct prize was $769. Not only they have misleading info also they did not communicate that until i reach out. I requested a refund that was posted in my account a month after on July 31st.

Tent arrived in a really quick time, everything packaged and provided to a great quality. Would definitely recommend Boutique Camping and will be ordering from them again
