Poor quality ,rip off price
Was looking forward to the item arriving as it looked lovely and we decided to buy even though it was expensive, so imagine our surprise when we opened it ,
not only were parts of the item plastic (which for the money was disgraceful),part of the plastic clock had snapped off, This was not cheap and should expect better quality for the price.£150 approx,Sorry to have to say this but it was poor quality and has put us off ever buying from the Bradford exchange again

The products are definitely not worth the money.They are produced in china and the quality does not deserve such high prices.Also it is almost impossible to contact this company.The customer service is very poor. I certainly would not buy from them again.

Watch and gothic music box
I ordered a watch for myself as I've never seen another like it the price and the service was great all arrived well packed and protected wear it near enough every day so because I was happy with that I ordered a music box for my wife's Christmas so happy with the product so dare to say will be ordering more in the future

Bad Communication re delivery
Christmas present was ordered for my husband. We did not receive either a despatch date nor a date for it being delivered and we were away when the item was left on our doorstep. Fortunately our neighbour msgd me to say she had taken the item in but this could have been stolen before we arrived home. Not good service from your Company.

Nice item, not working
The quality of the product when we received it was exactly what I wanted and expected from a reputable company such as yours. However, I was disappointed to find that the movement process and sound did not work. In trying to get help from someone to resolve what I hope was really a small glitch we were met with a wall of silence, not even an automated voice. It was just fill forms in and wait. It looks great, I really hope it is a small glitch but a help line would have assisted us. Its presently being returned to yhe company for a resolution.

The site was easy to use and the basket and payment was good, I deleted the clock I liked from the basket because of the lead time for delivery being 6 to 8 weeks. other wise i was happy with my experience today.
