Great beer first off, having it delivered quickly and free and a price below the supermarkets

Spent my hard earned money on shares thinking they would be floated on the stock exchange. many years later and nothing. today i hear the company is going under and Equity for Punk share holders are likely to lose everything and there is nothing you can do about it. great!! Thank you BrewDog

Really disappointed with the service at Brewdog. I reached out to advise a parcel I ordered for next day delivery was showing as delivered but hadn’t been received. Brewdog come back advising they will look into the issue however I have not had anything from them since.

DHL have been awful initially messaged to say it was delivered when it wasn’t. Then they messaged to say my parcel was on its way then again to say they couldn’t locate the address. I then got another message to say it was being delivered again and then later on a further update to say it wasn’t coming. Multiple messages with different updates.

Brewdog have been aware of the issue and failed to give me any further update or send out a new parcel to resolve the issue. Clearly the courier is not delivering my parcel.

Really misleading information and still no resolution.

First and possibly the last time from ordering from brewdog which is a shame as their products are really good. :(

I regularly order a supply of Punk IPA and Hazy Jane directly from Brewdog, but on this one occasion the order had not arrived after two weeks. I contacted customer services, and Amber very quickly resolved the issue and was courteous and friendly throughout our communications.

The customer service is great.
There was an issue with my order and Amber got everything solved very quickly.
I'm more than satisfied!

Amber was a great help to me when our order wasn't able to be fulfilled. She immediately looked in to the situation, gave me a clear update, reordered for me and threw in some free beer! Great service after quite a stressful situation :-)

Had the displeasure of visiting Brewdog near Waterloo station in London.
Where to start with the comedy of errors…
Table of 4 adults.
Waitress when taking orders went to leave before we finished our order.
Food arrived and the “in house slow cooked 1/2 chicken arrived cold”, never ever in my life have I sent food back to the kitchen but it arrived cold!
We also had to ask for 2 other parts of the order that just didn’t arrive (buffalo chicken wings and a portion of fries).
Waited approx 30mins for the replacement chicken, the rest of the party had finished their meals and still no chicken! Waitress at no point returned to do either a food check for table, to check if more drinks wanted and had to be approached to ask where the chicken was.
Eventually told the kitchen are having to cook the chicken. Meal cancelled as what’s the point in eating alone! Then a manager approached and said the Chicken takes 15mins to cook. This is the “in house slow cooked 1/2 chicken”, clearly not “slow cooked” if only takes 15mins.
When we asked for the bill we asked about the charges and told well the chicken has been taken off (I should hope so as we never got it!!), no offer of a discount for ruining the meal (a quarter of our party simply had no food!), then only offered an insulting 15% off!

Brewdog have since stepped up and provided a full refund and sent an apology. Thank you.

I ordered two 12 packs. Was promised delivery in around 4-5 days arrived in three. Outstanding! The beer was well packaged and I'll order again on the next offer!

Ordering was easy.
Delivery was a shambles with sike contents lost due to presumably handling issues.

I took advantage of the January sale and ordered myself a nice stash of Stouts, Porters, and dark ales fabulous prices and with free delivery.
First - the choice was really good, a nice variety to sample my taste buds on.
Second - the site was easy to use with lots of information so I was confident the ones I chose would suit me.
Third - the delivery was fast, received my order within 3 working days, well packaged and with tracking notifications so i didn't miss my delivery.
Finally - The Beers / Ales - WOW. I've found some real favourites that I'll just have to order again. And as for everyday Stout, Black Heart will be my go to, so much better than the famous name Stouts in my opinion.

BrewDog DogTap is always a family favourite for date nights, birthdays, including the dogs birthday! Fab food, excellent service, Sam in particular is a genuine guy who serves with a smile! He is an incredible member of staff.

Through my own stupidity I was unable to use a voucher code (I was entering it in the wrong box). Amber from the customer services team was very helpful and explained where I was going wrong, and was extremely responsive on email. A big credit to the BrewDog team.

I had a couple of questions for Brewdog and got quick and helpful responses- many thanks to Amber who was friendly and prompt in helping me 🤗

Great deal on several items, easy to order and good communication throughout. Delivered quickly, in good condition and fuss free. Enjoying the beers and sure i'll be visting again when supplies need refreshing

We ordered some bottles of Lone Wolf gin from the Brew Dog website. Ordering was easy, delivery communications were frequent and our delivery arrived as expected.
Thank you Brew Dog, great customer service and highly recommended.
