Brilliant Neon Opiniões

Fantastic customer service and fantastic product

Brilliant Neon have been great. I had some initial teething problems with a neon sign I bought some time ago and they mended it without any charge - twice. I've since moved on to LED format, and their design looks wonderful in-situ on a wall in my house. Neon also posted me an electronic remotely controlled dimmer which allows me to have the unit on various different brightness settings. Now looks even better, as it can be dimmed at night. Really recommend them - and especially Neil...

This is how business should be done! If every company in the UK operated like this there would be more manufacturing that’s certain!

I sent them a design and they promptly responded with a great price. Subsequently ordered and received the product within the estimated lead time.

Throughout Tilly kept me informed and was professionally transparent.

On receiving the neon I was totally blown away!! The quality is amazing. It came with absolutely everything to get you up & running (raw plugs, screws, fixings etc).

We are totally blown away by it.

Thank you Brilliant Neon!

We asked Brilliant Neon to create a neon version of our multicoloured logo for an event that we were hosting. The team worked swiftly to meet our deadline and created a piece that replicated our logo so well ! We were genuinely thrilled with the finished piece. We'd absolutely recommend Neil and his team and congratulate them for their efficiency and creativity. We'd always wanted our logo created in Neon and Brilliant Neon did a simply brilliant job of it ! We cant fault it ..it really is fabulous Thanks again !

Excellent product. Lovely Tilly was brilliant with all our emails to decide on the artwork and so quick in getting back to me and helping me with any questions or queries.

Our Neon light was custom made and is fantastic.
Would highly recommended this company and will definitely be purchasing more Neon lights from here!

Ordered a bespoke light for my husband's 40th birthday and it looks AMAZING, so happy with it! Tilly was brilliant to deal with - very responsive, friendly and helpful, and made sure that the order was ready in time for me (only 3 weeks instead of 4-6 weeks as originally quoted). Couldn't recommend them highly enough, if I had more cash I'd be ordering more! Thanks Brilliant Neon team, a great job, v excited to see my husband open it.

The communication was brilliant- fast and efficient.
I was able to tweak my design to get it just as I wanted without any fuss or drama.
The product was made in the time scale that was quoted and delivery was convenient for me. Even communication after delivery was good- they made sure that my light was received in good order and I was happy.

Brilliant neon were amazing throughout the process of making a custom neon for my partner for Christmas. Even though it was a tight time frame to get completed, Brilliant Neon delivered in time. Nothing was too much trouble and Tilly in sales was amazing always answering my emails in a timely fashion (and there were quite a few!) Thank you so much, will definitely be back at some point for another neon and would highly recommend you to others!

Great company to use excellent communication

Perfect service! We ordered a custom neon for a client's wedding and it has turned out fantastic. Great communication throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks!

Quick turnaround, bespoke designs exactly what we asked for, prompt delivery and good communication throughout, a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend. Neons looked fab!

Totally got the brief; fast, efficient and delivered on the promise of a quality sign. Thank you!!

Excellent design, quality and service in fact it was Brilliant.

I have bought a number of neons - one for my house and several more as gifts. They never fail to delight. The one in my house is the old school type, the new neons are fabulous too - lightweight, less bulky and you get a real opportunity to contribute to the design. I can’t recommend Brilliant Neon highly enough - they are very lovely, helpful, efficient and good value for money

Great service , extremely easy to talk to and deal with
Ordered a neon anchor to be made , arrived quicker than I thought , superb quality and absolutely thrilled

Brilliant Neon's 360 LED Neon looks visually spectacular and very authentic, with much less hassle than traditional methods. I found their customer service to massively more pro-active and helpful than any other neon sign manufacturer I have contacted.

We upgraded our glass neon to an LED neon, and the difference is amazing, bolder, brighter and overall more vibrant colours, result!
Very expertly guided throughout by the BN team and to be fair, given the many opinions from our office crew of ‘how it should look... a lot to take on board!
Thanks and will be back for more Brilliant Neon !
