Recommend Camping Connect
Easy to order but if there is a problem it can take a while to get through to them. Once through they are really helpful and sort any issues.signal and connection is brilliant and they offer a longer range signal for use outside your caravan alongside the standard one. Would recommend

Very good service from start to finish
Communication mostly good, only one chase up need on installation date re time of arrival.
When Wayne arrived, he was so polite, helpful, tidy and although he had an extremely busy day, he still took the time to answer my questions and explain set up etc.
Happy with quality of internet service up to date.

Great fitter and arrived on time
After a confusing start - communication issues with our site and caravan owners, the installation was done professionally and with a friendly manner.
Very apologetic about the first attempt but this really wasn't necessary.

Had internet installed this morning early days yet regards equipment, signal etc but as far as installation goes : first class 👍Wayne was neat tidy and so helpful with how things went ,patient and polite in helping us through setting up the system he’s a credit to the company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Poor service
Poor service, no connection. Charged me twice for the internet and still can’t access the internet.
Customer service don’t answer their phone so a complete waste of time and money

Very polite, helpful proffessional engineerer
Wayne Anderson our engineer has been amazing spent time helping us get set up nothing was too much trouble , he was very polite made sure everything was working including our phones, he left everything clean tidy even took his shoes off before entering our premises , he deserves a pay rise!!! Would give 10+ stars if I could ....Helen

Good when it works but do not rely on…
Good when it works but do not rely on it.
No out of hours help service to sort WiFi/router problems out makes it a very poor service unless you are living in your pitch full time.

Paid for top package and it’s not fit…
Paid for top package and it’s not fit for purpose. Try and watch a catchup on ITVX etc and signal continuously dropping that’s if you can get a signal in first place. I won’t be paying £34 a month much longer at this rate

At Hendra Newquay Touring area and don’t bother it’s useless
Trying to use this at Hendra in Newquay on the Touring area. It’s utterly useless, full signal one minute, then disconnects and eventually reconnects sometimes or need to manually disconnect /reconnect. This is on 3 different devices. Also locking to MAC address is useless these days as most devices will rotate random addresses. Will try and find an alternate for our next visit as this is next to useless but somehow you have full 4g max bars on all the borders just outside of the holiday park which drops to 1 or 0 bars as soon as you come onsite, it’s almost as if they have 4g signal blockers in place to ensure you have to pay for WiFi.

We do not implement any kind of "4G blockers" on any of our sites, which we provide WiFi to.

No internet in our holiday home.
We arrived at our holiday home to find the internet not working I contacted the site manager who arranged for someone to inspect the problem, Adam from Camping Connect who was working on site came to our lodge and solved the issue he was very polite and informative and went out of his way to solve the problem.

I could never get a good WiFi…
I could never get a good WiFi connection at my caravan which was very frustrating and deterred from my holiday home experience. After having camping connect installed I now have full coverage, it’s as good as my home internet 😊. Installation and instructions are so easy, it’s all been an excellent experience
