Adam was brilliant he went through all with us to make sure that we understood properly thank you Adam

Absolutely shocking attitude. We were met with aggressive language by the Managing Director Rhodri who threatened to pull our internet off instantly just because we had the cheek to state that our service wasn't working.

We found that as long as we didn't complain, they were fine. As soon as we dared to complaint Rhodri was a different person altogether. Almost like chalk and cheese.

Wished we had recorded the telephone conversation as it clearly doesn't paint him in a positive light.

Stephen fitted my caravan WiFi yesterday in atrocious weather. A very considerate engineer and extremely professional. He is an attribute to camping connect. Thank you for everything.

James fitted our wi fi in our caravan this morning. He is such a considerate fitter asking us where we would like the router sited and black or white cable.
No long wires looks extremely neat both inside and out.
Offered to set up our TV which was very helpful.
He actually fitted our wi fi in our previous caravan so it was nice to catch up with him once again.
So a big thank you to James, cracking job!

Adam who installed our Internet in our caravan was polite and respectful through out. Adam phoned us to say he was 15 minutes away. He arrived introduced him self and explained every thing that he was doing. Nothing was to much trouble and he was happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend Camping Connect.

He was very pleasant left my curtains and tie backs just as they were when he came in went through it with my husband and i helped us connect our phones as we getting on a bit and not very savvy thank u again

From initial contact to installation communication was excellent. Your installation engineer on site was excellent, courteous and carried out a very tidy install, I wish all skilled staff were as good
Fist impressions are, a very neat router, very easy connection of multiply devices, phone, tablet, tv, speaker. All working well. I’ll follow up when all the family are connected and multiply devices streaming.

James came to install my in van WiFi. He was polite, professional & completed the job, tested the WiFi & everything is perfect. Can't thank him enough, we have an excellent signal in all rooms.

I was down at the Charity Caravan in Skegness as I was setting everything up for the new season and the WIFI would not connect, Daniel contacted me by phone after I sent an email and he talked me through how to connect all the leads back up and he was very supportive and it worked which means the children and families visiting will be able to connect to the Internet which is very important as some children are in a routine and need computer tablets. Thank you for the support.

Adam rang a few minutes before his arrival as a courtesy. He arrived on time, was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout his visit. He was also friendly and polite. An absolute delight. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Stephen came to fit our wifi on our static. He was very polite and removed his shoes and hoovered up when he was finished.
He was very quick and it looks great, the cable was run down inside the downspout and it is super tidy. 10/10 for doing a brilliant job.

Took £30 on our first day at site, tried calling, went to voicemail telling us they will call back within 3 hrs.... no call back.
Tried calling the second day, on hold for 20mins waiting to speak to someone.... kept connecting then put back on hold....left message.
Waste of time and money... we go in two days and we are unable to use the facilities that we brought.... just need our money back.....£30 for no service is a lot to loose
