Overall good service but could be even better
Everyone I spoke to was great however I did have follow up myself twice in relation to not receiving the revised quote or the final booking confirmation. When I did call only one of the items I had asked for had been incorporated into the new quote but I was able to get the other prices over the phone. I then had to call back again to request the final confirmation which after paying a £1k deposit over the phone is a bit unsettling. Apparently this was stuck in a hold for some reason but was quickly sent to me whilst I was on the call. The call wait times vary and I did spend at least 15 mins one day just waiting to get through so recommend calling mid morning and mid week if you can! Good value for money overall and as I said the staff were all really helpful just a few hiccups.

Eastern Canada rail trip
All of the advisors (Jemma, Julie & Mark) I spoke to were knowledgeable and extremely helpful tailoring the itinerary that I had put together so that we can make the most of our rail trip in Canada. Now can't wait for the departure date to arrive.

Stress free holiday planning
I was able to speak with Andrew on a Saturday afternoon which was really useful. He was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions and offer alternative options to suit our date options, which was really helpful. He got back to me promptly with two quotes and again gave detailed answers to questions that we had. This all made booking our holiday very easy and stress free.

Lovely trip organised - no stress and in budget!
We'd seen a lovely package tour on CA's website but were a little bit concerned that it would end up being too expensive for our budget. But we rang up just in case, or to just book flights.
Adele did an amazing job, she really listened to what we were looking for and really understood our budget. Within a few minutes she'd prepared a fantastic itinerary, to suit just what we wanted and could afford. The next day she helped us fine-tune it to be spot-on. We're now booked to go and we'll be seeing places we'd never even have known about. If we had tried to do this ourselves it'd have taken weeks, caused stress or disagreements, and probably have been more expensive. Can't wait, and thank you Adele!

The help and advice was second to none
The help and advice was second to none, spending 1 hour 20mins to ensure I got what I wanted.
The down side waiting 55 mins in a que waiting to speak to someone, but given the care and attention received, that time has got to come from somewhere.

My friends and I decided to go to Toronto and Niagara for a holiday. Had previously booked with Canadian Affair.Spoke to Richard who was very friendly, experienced and helpful in giving advice re hotels and transport.I would recommend the company for the choices and prices.If we were looking at going back to Canada in the future I would definitely book with them.
