Within minutes of registering, I received a call to discuss my parent's specific needs and the type of care home we were looking for. Shortly after, I received a few follow-up options, and the very first one was exactly what we needed. The service was highly professional, incredibly quick, and made finding a great local care home completely straightforward

Ellie made a very difficult situation much easier, she was very kind and understanding and by listening to me and asking the right questions she came up with a shortlist of nursing homes, she made the initial contact with the homes and put them in touch with me if they had availability. This certainly cut down all the legwork.

Helpful and sympathetic advice
I was struggling a bit to know where to start looking when we were wanting to find some respite care for my mother in law. The very sympathetic call handler was lovely and it felt like a relief to talk to someone about it all. The subsequent list of care homes was a good start and I've now visited many homes and have, hopefully, solutions to our problems.

I was desperate to find a suitable…
I was desperate to find a suitable respite placement for my 81 yr old husband who, at that time, was very uncomfortable on the Acute Assessment Unit at our local hospital. I had to get him out of there but didn't feel I could cope with him back home. I made dozens of phone calls - it was so stressful and frustrating. My salvation was carehome.co.uk. I didn't feel alone anylonger! The staff were great and soon a wondeful placement was found. So, if you're struggling like I was, contact carehome.co.uk and you will get the help you need.
