The furniture technician arrived spot on time. Was friendly, professional and polite, putting on his overshoes, although there was no need, as all hard floors. Explained and repaired the tiny nick in the leather. Looks great.

We had a couple of accidents over the course of a week. The service was quick and left our sofa spotlessly clean.

Lee was great
Lee was great, didn’t have to ask him to take his shoes off.
Sorted our issue quickly and left us feeling that IF we had another issue then that would be sorted the same way.

The repairer was excellent in his approach. He assessed the problem explained how he would repair it protected our carpet called us in to see the repair. Overall he was very polite, knew his stuff.
