the worst customer service of any company out there, they reply to your emails but can not actually be bothered to read them first! products are cheap rubbish anyway.

I won't be using this company again as I bought over a year supply 3 bags of 500g.
I received really old stock with only 2 months on expiration. Claiming this was out of their control, which I find hard to believe a big company that manufactures their own stock. Seems they trying to pull a fast one selling old stock at full price instead of clearance.

Website sucks absolute ass, nobody to speak to

Ordered resveratrol (not cheap), received faulty packaging ( for 100g), an advisor told me that they would send me a tub to replace the ripped pouch, received a 2 litre tub with no lid... My product has gone bad. They wont replace it, but offered my a discount that is available to everyone on their website (which i used originally), they kept telling me to go buy some spare jars???

Used to use this company for years when it was bulkpowders, since changing its name to bulk, its terrible. No phone lines , no contacts, discount codes false, even the product seems lumpy.
Lost my custom for good.

Used to feel it was good value but prices have doubled in the space of a few months! They now charge about £50 for 2.5 whey when I bought 5kg for the same price end of last year. Outrageous and not worth it for the quality you receive. Will now use other sellers in future for protein needs.

Does not blend by hand shake. Leaves lumps. Not good when your out on the go. Won't buy again because of this.

Absolutely terrible customer support. Bulk has given a wrong address to DHL, then I was told by an employee that I should fix it myself and was treated with no respect in a passive aggressive tone. First and last order. The employees name is Claudia.

Had another text saying up to 70% off, no discount code.
I had a look and they are charging
£89.99 for protein I paid £55 for 6 months ago.

This used to be my go-to company to order high quality sups. Well they've gone seriously downhill. Literally 0 customer service. I had a bulk credit to use and also a discount code. On checkout I had the discount code applied as well as the credit and when I went to initiate payment with Klarna it removed any discount and just used my Bulk credit. I've been on the chat for hours with literally NO ONE answering. There's no number to call and so the order is going to go ahead and I fear that this is going to go seriously downhill from here. This company is not to be trusted any more!!

I've read some of the reviews and surprised with the negative ones.
I'll be honest, I don't use bulk often, or as much as I should, but I've never had an issue with deliveries or deliveries taking ages (I live in such a secluded area I'm surprised we have electricity).

Not Happy that I ordered Joint Restore that was in stock, decided to check my order status as seemed to be taking a while to be despatched only to find my order had been cancelled with no contact or explanation what so ever. I thought the item must be out of stock so checked on their website product in stock. They haven’t even refunded me even though they’ve cancelled the order. Bulk Powders have really gone down hill

Gave a negative review on trustpilot regarding the mixed berry creatine. Someone made contact through here asking me to message them which I did. Still no response. Company are a joke!!

I bought protein powder and a week later the packaging bag split - powder spilled in the press. One job - hold the powder until it’s finished.

Used Bulk for years but not any more due to their pathetic change on the website for shipping...you used to be able to choose your courier and I always used DPD but now they choose and we get Royal Mail and what a waste of space they are...my daughter placed an order for some bee pollen and the parcel was 25kg so Royal Mail left a card saying it was too heavy and we had to collect it...really? it's too heavy for them but not for us? Bulk said they have a contract for up to 30kg with Royal Mail but we would have to wait up to 18 days for our parcel to be returned and then Bulk would split it and resend in two parcels...we couldn't wait that long for the bee pollen so whilst waiting we placed another order for bee pollen but under advice from Bulk only a 10kg parcel...yes you've probably guessed what I'm going to write...got another card of Royal Mail that this pacel needs to be collected..well it won't be that's for sure and Bulk are done for us until an option other than Royal Mail is available...To Bulk..reducing customer options is ALWAYS a bad idea no matter what you think...we gladly paid extra for DPD because in our area they are fantastic but Royal Mail? no you can keep them!!!

Best flavours for protein powder, whey isolate and the macro much bars are so tasty with great flavours. Not had a bad batch and most of the negative reviews are regarding delivery which Bulk have no control over. Never had a problem so can't comment on customer service. Take advantage of their free shakers and sales.

After having been a customer for about two years I was surprised to see that there are no longer deliveries to my country - Bulgaria! I saw some good offers in the last email but when I tried to finish my order I saw that it is no longer possible. The response from customer service was quite strange - they told me that "we are looking to expand into ... new territories" after having left them first. Sadly one more company completely disregarding and placing quite peculiar meaning to customer loyalty.

been using them for years never had an issue until now. ordered my usual whey isolate and it doesn’t mix at all, really lumpy and watery definitely not right. Emailed customer service and uploaded photos as proof and there response was to send more photos, did this and they emailed saying haven’t heard from you in a while we are now closing this enquiry. Even though I have emailed them at least 4 times the same pictures. Customer service is terrible and you can’t contact anyone it’s all done online

AVOID AVOID AVOID they sell dark green hemp powders which look like cow dung & customer service fob you off and tell you it's your Taste rather than the product and reduce refund in terms & condescend you by advising you to order smaller packages next time.

foul, blame the customers taste & unable to offer a refund and then advise to buy smaller batches next time just to be safe if your not happy with the product as they won't refund you! disgusting company! merry christmas 🎄
