I had an issue with the waitress @ chiquito Ashton Moss,so I made a complaint to the manager via phone ,couldn't be bothered to get back to me ,so I complained through customer services and the manager tried to say I was at the wrong restaurant, when clearly they knew they made a mistake, customer service was no help at all either ,my advice if their is an issue in the restaurant they like to sweep it under the carpet until it goes away the management and customer service are a joke

Myself and some handsome buddies were rather ravenous after a days golfing so decided a Chiquitos dining Extravaganza was on the cards. We were served by the heroic Liam who handled every request with exceptional service. Genuinely the guy is a legend and needs 10 pay rises.

Also i left with a fetching sombrero so totally ecstatic with my experience. 10 stars which is much more stars than i can physically give!

Went to Chiquito on Liverpool Shopping Park, Edge Lane and I want to give a big shout out to Katie our server. Excellent service and she went above and beyond when you heard it was my anniversary and I had come over from work. Food was lovely and prompt. Definitely be returning.

Visited for a leaving do.
Sat at table 18.44..... some went to the bar as drinks orders not offered by 19.30!. Eventually drinks and food order taken 19:35....
Starters arrived 20:00.. not jalapeño but padrons. Mains arrived while still eating starters.
Southern fried chicken with bbq pulled pork.. yukky. Pulled pork on tip of cheap nasty frozen steak l. Then coated in cold bbq sauce making everything underneath go cold and soggy. Corn tasted of soap and coleslaw was cabbage root. Totally inedible. Only offered 1 round of drinks.
Won't be back. As awful.

Visited the Sixfields, Northampton branch and had a fantastic visit. Barbara made us very welcome and always had a smile when speaking to us. She even brought my Dad a piece of birthday cheer (brownie slice with a candle) when she found out it was his birthday lunch ! We will definitely be visiting again as the food was quick, fresh and hot. Fantastic visit !

Popped in for lunch. Barbara was our server and she was fantastic! Quick, smiling service. Hot and quick food. Presentation brilliant. We are definitely going to be going there again!

Chris at the Dudley restaurant served us and he was brilliant. Food was lovely, had small issue with garlic bread being a bit greasy and he sorted it straight away for us. Was very pleasant and friendly

WARNING…DO NOT ORDER TAKE AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT VIA JUST EAT.
My order took over two hours to arrive, when it did it was cold and un-edible, the order was wrong and items missing! I have contacted them and have been offered a £6 refund! What an absolute joke, disgusting customer service from both parties!

We were served by a very nice lady contact Mira, we were made very welcome to the Northampton restaurant. very fast and professional service. We will definitely come back next time

Painfully slow. Tons of takeouts go out but they don’t care about customers eating in

Had a wonderful meal at Chiquitos Peterborough, there were 20 of us for my sisters 60th, service was brilliant food excellent (try the Cajun dusted deep fried green beans, awesome). Will definitely be going again a big thank you to all the wait staff especially Claire.

Heating off ... I understand we have a fuel/war crisis but for f* sake we customers do not like to eat in jackets.
Starter:
GARLIC JALAPEÑO CORN BREAD - I suppose it was grilledTesco corn bread - bland not tasty not garlic at all.
45 minutes later main meal:

The burrito with barbacoa beef was nice and tasty ... apart from sour cream and tacos.
My partner's Mexican sirloin welldone was dry as my grandmother's slipper
and a bit burnt, with no flavour there at all.
The sweet potato arrived cold, we asked for a new ... received it greasy.
Desert:

Churros looked weird on the stick not properly covered in cinnamon sugar, not soft on the inside and crispy outside (like in the Manchester branch I had) fatty and dry.
My partner's one:
wasn't happy with his chees cake .... compared it to Lidl's one.
Nobody asked us if was it good or not.
Ignorance, slowness, blandness, expansive for what we received.

We were served today by Alyiah in Northampton Chiquito and she went above and beyond when the item we came in for was no longer on the menu. She spoke to the kitchen and arranged for it to me made for us.
Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much.

I went to Chiquito with two friends as a birthday celebration for one of them. The server who greeted me was very welcoming. I told her it was one of my friend’s birthday and she told me that they did a special birthday brownie. Throughout our visit she was amazing, so attentive and friendly towards. She checked what we wanted and made sure everything was ok for us.
I think the servers name was Nera. We all enjoyed our visit and your high level of fantastic customer service.

We already love Chiquitos in Dudley and we are regular customers but on this special occasion (my daughter’s graduation) Courtney made our celebratory family dinner into a wonderful dining experience! Customer service was outstanding and the food was delicious (as always) and we were a big group of 12 and each and everyone of us had a great time. We’ll be asking to be seated in Courtney’s area next time because we’ve become accustomed to this 5 star service! Saying that, the rest of the bar and wait staff were all just as lovely.

We went to the Dudley Branch of Chiquito's originally only to have a cocktail- However, after reviewing the new menu ( new to us that is!!) we decided to have a meal-
Jess who looked after us- did a great job She managed to resolve a minor issue with our order because she did regular check backs with us Which is something some restaurants fail to do so keep up the good work.
The meal was good and so were the cocktails. Definitely recommend going - I have to say the Steak at Chiquito's faired much better than the one from F&B next door.

Chiquita Bristol Criggs Causway. Service was diabolical. All staff stood at the bar talking. Sat at our own table after waiting 5 minutes. Waited an hour for a main course when we were one of 3 tables occupied on the whole restaurant. Manager needs to get a hold of the staff and shake them up.

We are visiting Manchester from Cambridge,me and my son, he wanted Mexican food, so we went there, arrived 9:30 at night and the manager told me that was closed, but they close at 22:00 , I asked him why he was closing earlier, he was stupid and told me to leave, I took a picture of the place and he went after me saying that I wasn't allowed to take his picture, but I was recording the photo of the place that he was working, public place, he almost went for a fight with me. I TOLD HIM TO CALL THE POLICE AND HE DID A ANGRY FACE 🤬
