If you can avoid DO NOT loan through this company. I borrowed an amount of $250 only to pay back close to $1000. Shocking, exuberant fees.

DO NOT USE THIS CORRUPT COMPANY.

I took out a $250 loan that I paid back in two installments, they since charged me $670 in ludicrous and excessive fees. They tried to ignore my simple request to justify their immoral and corrupt business practices, and they never did. I have requested to be refunded the money I have paid in excess of the loan, and instead they just finalised my account.

There is a class action building against this company, and ASIC has already dragged them through court.

I am writing this review for two reasons: firstly, to warn potential borrowers against giving these leeches their business, and secondly, because they offer the chance to win cash for writing a review, and as such Cigno might see the wisdom in considering how they randomise the drawing the winner's entries.

Fast , very helpful and reliable and trustworthy, can rely on them to help me out everytime without a doubt !! Highly recommend!

They are considerate of your situation they funds are available in just time and they are helpful if you have any financial difficulties in repaying the loan

The company is pretty good. But I was only allowed to receive a small amount which wasn't very good.

The service is awesome. Money was sent as promised. The only issue I have is the fees when changing the repayment due date. If reduced or removed there would be some kind of more fixability to pay off the loan.

Your total repayments are more expensive then others, and my last loan was to be paid weekly when all others have been fortnightly because I get paid fortnightly, which made me miss the first off payday and then more/extra payments. Wasn’t nice as you have my account details and should know and not have allowed this to happen.

I recently paid out a loan early last week, only to discover that the member portal has been completely and utterly useless ever since. Reading other reviews, apparently this problem has been going on for weeks now. I have sent several emails asking when this problem will be resolved, took 7 of them to be told that there is supposedly a system update going on and no new applications can be processed until that is complete. System updates don't take weeks to complete. Something else must be going on.

It is a shame, because in despite of that, and their equally useless customer service, the actual loans have always been a success and without hassle, at least until this happened. I've been a customer for several years now. Would be nice to know when this whole "system update" will end and that there will also be updates to the actual functionality of the member portal and customer service, as that would improve the overall services Cigno offers.

I would recommend you to my friends and family as you have save me with your loan and if I need a loan I would always use you think you very much

Have always been there for me payments may be a bit expensive but that doesn't worry me great company will continue to do business with them
