Cigno Loans

I’ve had lots of Cigno loans over the years and always paid them off. I’m Trying to apply for a new loan but says I need to update payment info. I click on link to do so but gives you no option to do so. Seems lots of others are having the same issues.

You would think they would want to fix this issue but multiple emails and nothing. It’s now completely unusable. What a strange way to run a business. Do they not want customers?

Money was approved on the spot. Really helped me out when I badly needed cash. Thank you so much 🙌🏽

The interest rate is high but they always come through when I need it. When I ve had need to change the payment date they're OK with that.

Cigno have been extremely helpful with providing a small loan to help through things. I have had a few loans with Cigno, I would recommend them because they have gone far beyond with helping in providing a short term loan to me.

I borrowed ONLY $250 & I now have to pay $430.74. This is absolutely ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Even worse I couldn’t get in contact them and can only respond to that stupid pop up question. The interest fee was too much and they should honestly be shut down. Ive tried changing my payment but it wouldn’t allow me and now I would never get a loan from them ever again!

Very simple process and the payments were organized automatically and the whole process was just effortless.

I think Cigno are an Appalling company to deal with. Not only are there fees and charges crippling and exorbitant, their Communication is Disgusting. Go Elsewhere……

If i could give negative stars and throw a brick at them it wouldve been done by now, your fraudulent false advertising, incapable employees and also the members portal is a joke. I recieved a loan, paid out the loan early, then recieved email saying i had a offer to finalise my account of just shy of a thousand dollars! I loant 250, paid it out early mind you. Then re apply just now thinking id give it another go, was approved then click the same link in the email/text to sign cintract, and it then states my offer is no longer available, in the spand of 2 minutes its been rejected although on the members portal home page it clearly states ive been approved.!! Then to top it off i recieve a contract stating the rapyments start today and in one lump sum? I havent even signed the contract or RECIEVED THE MONEY IN MY BANK!! WHY THE pharK SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR MONEY YOUS CANNOT ALLOW ME TO SIGN FOR AND FOR MONEYS I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID?? cigno youre really the worst lender ive dealt sith, a tamagochi in the 90s had more tech than this schitt show
