Good for getting loan through but interest adds up fast. Tried to call to change a repayment and couldn't get anyone. Then received emails asking how they did!

Was easy two apply for and I was totally amazed, a big thankyou two all staff happy new year

Not happy!! Tried to reapply after paying last loan off. After a week of trying to upload bank statements I get knocked back saying Cigno can’t help. My circumstances haven’t even changed!!!!

It was great to get some quick cash but i have 2 main issues. I got a small loan of about $160 and I have to pay back $90 a week for the next 3 weeks which is fine except you didnt give me a full week for the first week which gave me some problems paying the loan back the second issue I had was how much the debt when up in just a few weeks of not being able to pay and I didn’t have reception at the time so I couldn’t organise a new payment plan easy, but I did appreciate the pay out option even though it basically cost me the loan to the full loan on top of everything I had already payed off. Thank you for the experience though.

Overall my experience was great. Recommend some sort of interest rate reward for repeat customers like myself.

Disgusting practices. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. No way of contacting them for customer service. Took spamming them across multiple media forms before they would contact me. Do not use this company if you value your mental health.

I would only suggest to people considering taking a loan through Cigno to only do so if their life literally depended on it. I was loaned $250 and had to pay back over twice that amount ($579) in less than two months. The total cost in account keeping fees was $330!
Like i said, only if your life depended on it.
