Please stop giving generic responses. I have already made the payment last Thursday and submitted proof multiple times. This has not been checked or verified properly on your end.
I expect real action, not repetition of the same instructions. Please manually verify the payment, escalate this matter, and restore our internet service immediately.

“The internet speed is actually very fast, but I’m disappointed with how ISP interruptions and disconnections are handled. During site visits, the technicians don’t seem to thoroughly check the issue. I hope this can be improved; otherwise, we may have no choice but to terminate the service and consider other providers.

Service is terrible... I lost our internet last Feb 2026 and its already April now. I kept on calling their customer service some is knowledgeable with the process. Their technician is a liar too , they closed our ticket saying I have internet already but come on even if you visit out place in the Philippines and connect using that IP you would be stress too. You want us to settle the disconnection and paying for 3months without receiving any service , thats insane.

I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this telco’s service. There is not one day where our internet works consistently – it goes down constantly, and we’re left without connection for hours on end.
When we call customer support, they always claim they’re "working on improvements" to make the service better, but we’ve seen zero progress even after months of complaints. This problem started last month and has only gotten worse.
To make matters worse, the internet was actually strong and reliable when we first signed up. It’s clear they only provided good service initially to get us to sign up, and now we’re stuck with a terrible connection that can’t even handle basic tasks like browsing or video calls.
I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look for a different provider that actually delivers what they promise.

This always happens; 2-3 days without wifi that they said they would fix in less than a day. One time wala ng 1 week. What kind of service is this?

Converge has totally unreliable service, then even worse customer service when you try to do anything about it. After multiple outages toward the end off 2025, I had an exchange of several emails in which I asked for a rebate. Converge kept asking for information about the outages, something that the company should know without the customer having to tell them. They repeatedly asked me for information I had already provided, then simply dropped the conversation and stopped replying with no resolution. Later, I emailed the on another issue in early 2026. I sent three emails in a row to the customer service email address and received no response. When I finally got through to someone via Viber, the attitude was cocky and dismissive. I realize there are limited options for internet service here, but I can't imagine any competitor being worse that Converge. They truly suck.
Worthless
Unusable. You get fast download speeds but almost all websites and video call services have constant packet loss. Good luck watching any videos above 240p or doing any video calls. It’s just garbage now.

This is a truly hopeless company, stay away!!!
I changed from Skyserves which is very unreliable.
I asked for the 1500 per month option but instead they gave me a 2000 per month subscription.
I asked them to change it.
They sent emails asking for copies of IDs (owner and manager), letter of authorization, letter of request, proof of address, proof of first payment, etc.
But the email requests were all separate and stretched out over 2 weeks, with over 90 emails from them, from numerous staff who apparently have no knowledge of what has been previously requested or received.
After 97 emails and numerous documents had been provided by me, they finally said they can't change the subscription because a Netflix account had been created. And they closed the several tickets!
Utterly hopeless disorganised company that will surely not last for long.

Poor customer service. All calls I made always disconnected or they hangup if they cannot help you or they can't answer your question. all customer representatives are unprofessional. You help the company to get and feedback. Worst customer service ever. They even put you on hold for more than 30 minutes.
converge latency is dog shi
although the download speed is good, the latency is so bad. while gaming the latency most of the time rises to 999ms or in some cases in roblox 56,896ms per second. It is a pain in my ass.

Converge doesn’t care if your…
Converge doesn’t care if your connection is down for 4-5 days. They do not fix it immediately and their customer service is really bad no troubleshooting or urgency happening. No work no pay. Then theyll ask you to pay for the service with no connection :))
This has been my worst experience…
The worst experience in my Wi-Fi history, though it's unlimited there's a lot of issue I encounter every time. if it's not the Wi-Fi being slow, it's gonna be a problem with no connection. Also problem with this is when I play a games it ruins the experience. There's some times the connection will just turn off randomly and it affects everyday work like online class, games, and zoom meeting. Which is so disappointing and dissatisfied. Overall with the unlimited use it's still good but the service could be a lot better. that's all

This is the worst broadbrand and thank goodness we experience the worst before the wifi box got attach.
Electricians and customer support seem to have their own thing going on. It’s very kanya-kanya. Electricians won’t apply the box unless you apply to their own referral or pay 2K-3K for any electric fix.
Customer support says don’t listen to them and just wait for someone to arrive. But it’s been two months the box wasn’t attach because we didn’t pay the electrician. Once we did decide to pay, there was no telcom line available.
Thank goodness! The neighbors per experiencing the Converge wifi interruption had to pay ₱1,300 for fixing. And customer service says don’t pay. But they really want everyone to be desperate to pay.
Who pays to only go through all of this?! Stop posting your the fastest wifi in the country, when you have the worst politics it’s the most dishonest business.
