I ordered a pair of shoes I had to pick the correct size twice when I paid for the shoes ot still came up 6.5 so I tried to find a customer service number for them to no avail I've googled this every possible way and got nothing then the whole time im ordering they keep chiming in with surveys to rate them ...they don't deserve any stars, they should be giving their customers stars !

Schoenen besteld, kreeg de verkeerde schoenen geleverd.
Teruggestuurd met label van Converse en krijg de schoenen die ik heb geretourneerd weer thuis gestuurd, nadat ik opnieuw de schoenen die ik al had besteld opnieuw besteld had.
Weer melding gemaakt via klantenservice. Wederom teruggestuurd en eindelijk toch de schoenen gekregen, die ik al 2x heb besteld en heb betaald.
Nadat ik de retour aan had gemeld van de 2e keer fout geleverde schoenen op 17 juli 2025 krijg ik de belofte dat het openstaande bedrag binnen ca 10 werkdagen teruggestort krijg.
Vandaag 6 oktober krijg ik eindelijk een melding dat ze de schoenen hebben ontvangen en dat over ca 10 werkdagen mijn geld krijg teruggestuurd.
Hier bestel ik NOOIT meer iets.
3x hebben ze nodig om de goede schoenen te sturen en na een maand of 3 krijg je een keertje je geld terug.

Leider echt schlechter Service bei Retoure. Ich hatte ein paar Schuhe welche einen Defekt aufwiesen, habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und dort wurde mir ein Rücksendeetikett gestellt. Habe also die Schuhe wenige Tage später zurück geschickt, das war mitte Juli. Laut Sendungsverfolgung waren die Schuhe auch schon wenige Tage später dort angekommen, auf meine Rückerstattung warte ich bis heute noch. Habe schon etliche male den Kundenservice kontaktiert und jedes mal heißt es "tut uns leid das es nicht direkt geklappt hat, ich kümmere mich und du bekommst in wenigen Tagen dein Geld zurück". Nur leider bekomme ich diese Nachricht schon seit über 3 Monaten. Ist zwar schön das man schnell eine Antwort bekommt vom Unternehmen aber noch schöner wäre es natürlich auch dann das Geld wieder zu sehen, nicht jeder hat 100€ so locker liegen und für mich ist das viel Geld das mir fehlt da ich jetzt weder Schuhe noch das Geld habe.

Seitdem die Industrie hat sich automatiziert und Herstellung kosten versenkt, Logistik hat sich verbessert und günstiger geworden... Massenproduktion eben... allerdings heute soll man 80 bis 150 € ausblättern...

The quality of materials and manufacture are very poor. the dye from the logo bleeds out even with rain. the logos dye is not treated propery so it bleeds out damaging the trainners and not able to wear them anymore.
All Stars fall apart shortly after purchasing
All Stars are crappy trainers. Falling apart after a couple of months of use. If you provide poor quality goods then charge a price that fits - worth no more than £20 a pair and I'm being generous. Never buying this rubbish again.
My new favourite high tops
I ordered some converse wedge high tops from this site before checking reviews,I never usually do that but this time I checked after ordering. I wasn't expecting them to arrive after reading negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised when the high tops arrived 3 days after placing the order. The shoes are exactly as pictured on the site & I'm a UK 6 & they fit perfectly with plenty of room in the toe section,I was also really happy with the quality. I didn't have any problems with delivery & it actually arrived 2 days before it was meant to. Very happy customer 🌟

I normally have nothing bad to say about the converse brand but this time their customer service pissed me off. They should really consider changing their policy for lost packages claiming to be delivered. My package was delivered through UPS and the driver took a “picture” of the box but not where he put the box and marked delivered. Well not even 2 minutes went by and I stepped outside and thoroughly looked for the package and could not find it. I called UPS and they took my information down and within 10 minutes the local UPS calls me to let me know that my package was delivered to the wrong address, that it was near by and that they would have the delivery driver go back and get the package for me and bring it to me and then call me back when he had delivered it. Well that never happened so I called Converse and let them know the issue. Instead of helping me they told me that they could not do anything for me because the package was marked as delivered and there was a “picture “ attached and for that reason I had to handle the situation with UPS although they were aware of the mistake on ups side. I didn’t get help from neither converse nor UPS.They basically told me that was my problem and to deal with it.
The quality of the components…
The quality of the components ("leather", rubber) of the black high-tops is definitely less that it has been historically. I have always taken great pride in keeping the shoes (particularly the toes) highly polished, but the toe sections on two new pair of Viet Nam-made shoes are permanently scuffed and won't shine.
Not a big deal to some, perhaps, but where I come from if you're wearing your "sneaks" you do it with pride.
Converse, a companie that should be avoided at all costs
Unfortunately, I have to make this complaint against a supposedly high-quality brand, CONVERSE. First of all,this complaint is not about the quality of the product, but rather the poor and disappointing quality of customer service.
That said, the situation is as follows: I purchased a special All Star model for my son, but the delivery was a nightmare, as CONVERSE uses the worst transport company known to man, UPS, which not only claims deliveries that do not exist, but also provides false information, etc. Basically, UPS is everything that is worst in a transport company.
Having made Converse aware of the entire situation and informed them that three complaints had been filed against UPS in the week I placed my first order, and having informed them that I had not received any response from UPS and that, furthermore, it had been documented by surveillance cameras that no delivery attempt had been made and that all of this had been brought to Converse's attention in the CONVERSE customer support email, CONVERSE not only failed to provide any assistance but also absolved itself of any responsibility, placing the entire blame on UPS.
If I had any interest in the CONVERSE brand before this happened, I will no longer be buying from this brand. They are just another bunch of incompetents.
It is important to understand that I am 74 years old and, due to a neurological condition, my mobility is impaired. I also informed Converse of this fact so that they could work with UPS, as it was UPS's practice to lie about deliveries and leave them at a collection point about ten kilometers away, which would not be a problem if I were in good enough health to and pick it up, even though I paid for the order to be delivered to my address. However, Converse completely ignores this and does nothing. I think that Converse, like UPS, are exactly the worst companies there are and should be avoided.

Scrivo questa recensione a seguito del timore che ho provato leggendo le recensioni. In data attuale non ho riscontrato tutti questi problemi. Spedizione rapida, tracciata con UPS nel mio caso, arrivata il giorno previsto. I prodotti conformi alle descrizioni, in perfette condizioni.
Sul sito web, persistono alcune problematiche, ma sono meno correlate all'acquisto e più legate all'esperienza utente, migliorabile...
Pessimo
Sito molto lento e mal programmato, i link non rimandano a quanto desiderato (per esempio, desiderando assistenza e cliccando sulla mail dell'azienda, si viene rimandati semplicemente alla pagina iniziale). Ingannevole la pubblicità riguardo agli sconti. Ho fatto l'iscrizione alla newsletter per accedere alle promozioni e, a distanza di 12 ore, non ho ricevuto mail con codici sconto o informazioni utili ad ottenerne. Contattata l'assistenza mediante numero telefonico, mi si chiarisce (quasi a dire che li sconto non sarebbe più così vantaggioso) che, in ogni caso, lo sconto non è valido né su prodotti in promo (ok, ci sta), né su quelli personalizzati. Sì, vabbè...
Peccato che a desiderare le Converse è sia mia figlia... Fosse stato un mio desiderio, avrei già abbandonato l'impresa e mi sarei orientata su altro!
