If I could give zero or minus rating I…

If I could give zero or minus rating I would! Ordered 2 pairs of chuck taylors, received 1 pair of custom hightops 6 sizes larger, obviously not my order. Emailed customer services and the response I received was a discount code for 15% off my next order, despite me sending a copy of my original order confirmation and images of what I received the email made no reference whatsoever to the incorrect order being sent.
I then called customer service to be advised that it was on me to return the incorrect item, wait upto 14 days for my refund and then reorder! When I pointed out what a dreadfully poor service, the operator promptly hung up on me.
I'll return the item and await my refund but sadly will NEVER be ordering again.

Bestelling niet ontvangen

Schoenen via converse besteld vanwege de korting. Helaas lijkt het erop dat postnl de zending kwijtgeraakt is (de tracking informatie is al dagen niet meer bijgewerkt). Nadat er niet gereageerd werd op een email die ik daarover gestuurd had, heb ik maar gebeld. Ze gingen het 'onderzoeken' en dat zou wel een week duren. Ik denk dat het minder tijd kost om een nieuw paar gympen op te sturen.

Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Quality drop

My first Converse purchase was in 1990 for $50, price now close as double, but the quality is droped. Shoes lighter with 30 gramm, quality of canvas is not the same, inside of canvas is something strange something foamy, lace is poor quality. This is not the same as original Chuck was. I'm very unsatisfied with that.

Worse than Horrible

I am going to try extremely hard to be as polite as possible but this will be as impossible for me to do as it is for the customer service department at Converse to speak proper english. My last few experiences and giving each customer service representative the benefit of the doubt, more times than I should have, I'm unable to give the benefit of not doubting everything about this company, ever again. To start off, however many supervisors there are in charge of the Human Resources department as well as the Human Resources department itself, whether it's one or one hundred thousand, they should all be terminated immediately. In America, we speak simple, basic english and if someone is unqualified to speak simple english in America, that should be the very first disqualification for all applicants, applying for a job that specifically requires the one and only skill of "SPEAKING." If english is not a skill, which can easily be identified during the interviewing process, you don't hire them. Just like mechanics, such as myself, do not apply for a position in the I.T. department at Microsoft, doctors don't drive dump trucks and pilots don't perform surgery. It's basic common sense. Do not expect any positive results from customer service at Converse. Canceling or changing an order, even if it's immediately after a transaction, it is impossible. You have to wait until you receive the unwanted or unchangeable order, then return it, wait for your refund, then purchase the correct item you wanted, originally. It's worse than horrible. A 45 minute phone call on a Saturday, with zero results. "Converse," love the shoes, hate the company. CONVERSE, READ YOUR REVIEWS AND DO BETTER! YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED

dont bother trying to cancel your order

The people on the phone were nice and all but my problem is with their "cancellation window". I bought shoes that I did not want and I wanted a refund for the shoes so I called to ask if they could cancel my order. The lady on the phone tells me she sent in the request and I would get an email shortly, so, the next morning I wake up to an email saying my request was denied and I immediately call back to ask why. This time it was a new lady and she told me their "cancellation window is very short" which makes me really mad because I called them about this not even one minute after I placed the order. So, now I have to wait until I actually get the shoes to return them which I understand is fine because I can still get a refund but I was not told this over the phone the first time. It's also much more work than just cancelling my order which I still don't understand why they couldn't have done because I cant even start the return right now since the product hasn't shipped.

mancata consegna causa indirizzo "inventtao"

Ricevuta mail di conferma dell' ordine, ho scoperto che il venditore si era “inventato” un indirizzo di consegna facendo un collage tra quello da me inserito e quello del mio account Paypal usato per pagare.
L’ indirizzo generato risultava, ovviamente, incomprensibile.
Interpellato in proposito, il Servizio Clienti mi aveva risposto che il problema lo dovevo risolvere io chiamando il corriere per dargli l’ indirizzo corretto.
Oggi (28 apr.) il corriere, come ampiamente prevedibile, mi ha spedito una mail in cui mi notifica il reso al venditore causa "indirizzo sconosciuto".
Leggendo i commenti di altri clienti, mi pare che i problemi riferiti alla consegna siano numerosi.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED AND COMPLETELY DENIED BY CONVERSE

Wow, it's no wonder Converse.com have such an awful review rating!
I ordered a pair of £90 customised converse and chose the cream laces and cream soles. Took 2.5 weeks to deliver so not a quick service. They arrived with white laces and white soles. I contacted customer services, who shockingly have taken no responsibility for this mistake. Despite screenshots showing I ordered the cream options, and pictures showing the white laces and soles on the pair that arrived - they have told me even if I ordered them again, I'd still receive the white pair due to how it looks on their website! In that case - why do you advertise options for cream if you will only produce and sell white?? There is no mistake - they are not a paler shade of cream that looks slightly different to the website - they are pure white, as white as the badge. They should have apologised (rather than trying to gaslight me into suggesting I am unhappy with the customisation I made and can't tell the difference between white and cream) and offered to send out the correct pair I ordered immediately in exchange for the pair I received, or at least offered some sort of discount.
Appalled.

Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time. Paid for a pair of shoes only to be told that it was cancelled for absolutely no apparent fault of mine !! When I phoned to enquire why I was told “it was a computer error “ what the hell how unprofessional and now have to wait 7 days for my money back !! Definitely won’t be using them again. Rude customer service too.

Enttäuschendes Ergebnis

Die bestellten Schuhe kamen 3 Tage nach Bestellung an. Leider konnte man die Reißverschlüsse aufgrund schlechter Qualität kaum schließen. Es ging nur unter großen Anstrengungen, zudem sind sie unglaublich scharfkantig, weswegen ich mir eine Blutblase zuzog. Schon am übernächsten Tag ging der eine Reißverschluss zu Bruch, da er sich komplett aushakte, welches ich erst unterwegs merkte und meine Hacke war davon blutig. Der Kundensupport ist keine Hilfe. Es wird nichtmal auf die geschilderten Probleme eingegangen. Ich bin sowasvon enttäuscht und werde mit Sicherheit keine Converse mehr bestellen. Wenigstens lief die Rückerstattung innerhalb 6 Tagen

Does not feel legit at all

Out of 4 phone calls customer service was never someone easy to communicate with. My last call they put me on hold and when I tried to correct their misunderstanding they left the phone and never came back after 10 minutes. Wasted multiple hours trying to order shoes but the website wouldn’t let my payment go through in spite of all the different things I tried and they said they had the issue on their end, but little to no consideration for the customer.
It really feels like a scam every step of the way and I hope they don’t drain my account after this…

Terugbetaling bestelling

Ik had ook paar sneakers besteld, waarna er geen bevestiging per mail kwam. Na contact op te hebben genomen met de klantenservice (Samantha) werd prima en snel het overgemaakte bedrag teruggestort. Lees: binnen een week.

Wel natuurlijk na een pdfje van de bankoverschrijving gestuurd te hebben.

HORRIBLE

Hice un pedido el 10 de diciembre de 2024, me llegaron manchadas por todos lados, las devuelvo y pido otras, me llegan exactamente las mismas, de verguenza……..
Realizo otro pedido el 19 de marzo, y adivina, MANCHADAS Y DESCOSIDAS. Vergonzoso, no lo recomiendo en absoluto, solo te devuelven el dinero y punto, era un regalo de reyes y me han dejado fatal, cuanto vale mi transporte???? Deja mucho que desear para ser la pagina oficial……NO LO ACONSEJO

Muy buena experiencia

Buscaba zapatillas impermeables y en la web tenían un modelo a muy buen precio, y como el envío y su posible devolución eran gratis, me decidí a comprar un par. Me han llegado súper rápido, y las zapatillas son cómodas, tienen buena suela y parecen de calidad. Estoy muy conforme con la compra, repetiría.

Gestión malísima por parte de converse

La primera y la ultima vez que hago una compra a través de su pagina web oficial, mi experiencia a sido nefasta, hice un pedido de unas converse en rebajas y puse que lo entregaran en casa por que cuando intentaba poner que me lo dejaran en un punto de recogida me daba error, todo iba bien hasta el momento de la entrega, la empresa de transporte que tiene converse contratada es pésima, el primer intento de entrega me pusieron que el pedido no pudo ser entregado por un error de dirección, siendo mentira porque la dirección estaba correcta y lo puedo demostrar, pero aun así nos pusimos en contacto con converse para buscarle una solución, otra sorpresa que nos llevamos es que ellos no podían solucionar nada, me dijeron que me pusiera yo en contacto con la empresa de transporte, cosa que hice y que paso que nadie te responde al teléfono, en paack dicha empresa de transporte si tu llamas te sale un robot y no te pasan en ningún momento con un agente, me puse en contacto con ellos a través del email y tras varios mensajes, el ultimo le mande una captura de imagen del Google mapas con la dirección para que vieran que todo era correcto y que si lo ponían en el GPS les saldría, total que al día siguiente volvieron hacer otro intento de entrega el cual me dijeron lo mismo que la primera vez, no entregado por error de dirección, llamo otra vez a converse y no me solucionan nada, me dicen que tras un segundo intento fallido que el pedido seria devuelto a la sede de converse, les digo que yo quiero el pedido, que no quería perder los zapatos que pedí, ellos otra vez no pudieron solucionar nada, lo único que me dicen es que cuando la devolución este hecha, vuelva hacer el pedido que ellos me mantienen el descuento y les digo y si no hay stock cuando vaya hacer el pedido, su respuesta que eso es imposible, que paso cuando me hicieron la devolución y hasta que ellos no confirman que la devolución esta hecha, no me aplican el descuento que yo tenia cuando hice la compra, pues que al final cuando ya me aplican el descuento de nada sirve porque los zapatos que yo quería estaban sin stock, sigo sin entenderlo ya que me podían haber enviado de nuevo los que se devolvieron porque no fueron capaz de entregar. Encima tardaron varios días en devolverme el dinero.
La empresa de transporte Paack es malísima pero para mi peor fueron los de converse que podían a ver intentado solucionar el problema y no hicieron nada.
Tengo claro que por el trato que tuve no pienso comprar jamás en esta web.

Bought a pair of leather Converse which…

Bought a pair of leather Converse which started to fall apart after only a year. Sent them back and was promised a refund. That was three months ago. So far no refund has arrived. Will never buy from this company again. Shoddy and dishonest.
