just amazing customer service that I was not expecting. I would always buy their products again

Notified customer service about airfryer no longer working on Friday 19 April. New replacement received Monday 22nd! Very good communication from Raveena and Emily. Would also recommend this brand missed it that weekend as loved using it and had used it very successfully until failure (was just my luck to have this happen) friends recommended it and no problem with any of theirs.

Very prompt and informative emails ,kept me informed about my repair at all times , and sent me a replacement out on next day delivery when they were unable to repair my coffee machine. I would recommend them and whoever trained their customer service staff well done

I bought a food processor which needed a replacement lid, pusher and bowl. I contacted Cooks Professional directly even though I had bought it from Amazon as I didn't want to have to send the whole thing back. The replacement items were shipped to me quickly with one arriving the day after I contacted them. I'm very pleased with my food processor and the customer service from Cooks Professional has been exceptional. I definitely recommend them.

I wasn’t happy with the products I received as they were damaged and not as described.

I had read reviews about how good the customer service was so was sure the matter would be dealt with. I had no response and when I did eventually get a response after a second email, there was no apology and just a link to return the items.

Think this website is very hit and miss and unfortunately I will not be ordering again.

I am very happy with the service provided by Cooksprofessional. I bought the slow cooker from Cooks, and a few months later I dropped the glass lid. Contacted customer services, and they did a wonderful job to help me getting another glass lid. There was a problem with the delivery, twice, as the couriers didn't deliver to my area. On both occasions I contacted Cooks customer service, and on both occasions they did their best to arrange a different way to get the glass lid delivered to me. Fast and polite responses. Amazing service. I do recommend Cooksprofessional.

We had a fault with our Cooks Potato Masher and Blender which had been giving us good service , whether it stopped working due to my mishandling the Masher, I wont admit (but maybe! ) However I contacted the Customer Services at Cooks and within a short space of time they sorted me a new part which arrived nice and quickly. With this new part the masher is now working beautifully. Many thanks to the staff at Customer Services (Emily and Raveena) for quickly and courteously sorting my problem out.

Absolutely 1st class service from Cooks Professional and the Customer Service agents (especially Sam) went out of their way to help resolve an issue we encountered. All email communications were answered promptly and followed up with phone calls to keep us informed at every stage. They bent over backwards to ensure our problem was resolved as quickly as possible and that my elderly Mother was completely satisfied with the actions taken. Would highly recommend this company due to its service and after sales service / customer service alone, plus the mini oven we purchased for my elderly mothers kitchen is an ideal size for her needs and meets all her requirements, plus it was very good value for money. Cooks Professional would certainly be at the top of our shopping list if we need anything in the future.

My experience was made great because the issue I had with an item which I purchased from this company was resolved professionally within 24 hours.
The swift and courteous contacts I had with this company were brilliant, second to none, thank you.

I had to return the breadmaker as there seemed to be a fault, in that the bread it produced was quite dense and not as I expected/wanted.
However the response from Customer Service ( specifically Sam and Emily) was the best I have ever had from any organisation ever. They organised a collection from my door, by Royal Mail, the next day - amazing.

23/02 - replacement part received today, thank you. Within a short period of time paint began coming away from tbe corrigated grey panel. It maybe prudent to rethink this feature. The water dispenser has otherwise been great

I ordered tea,coffee,sugar set in metal with bamboo lids, they are awful quality, the lids are loose, and the tin is very flimsy, I wanted to send them back, but their returns policy is designed in a way that it is almost impossible to do this, you need a returns code and returns address which you have to get from their customer service via email, you will wait ages for this and when it comes it doesn't work, also delivery charge is £3.95 and returns charge is the same, when the item purchased is only valued at £23.00. Avoid this company they will not help when you want to return something that is really poor quality. Original order number 67001.

We ordered 3 tea coffee sugar cannisters.
Poor quality and the lids do not fit or seal the tins. We sent a email of how to return the product and the service is rubbish, late response via email and they sent a link of how to return the items. My husband can't send the items back as the link does not explain properly of how to return.

Please don't order from this company, by the way you have to pay for delivery and returns so we would be out of pocket by around 8 to 9 pounds.

I was very happy with rotisserie air fryer. My son used it every day, we stopped using our oven. After 10 months something burnt inside the air fryer, I could see the only dark end of bulb cable , everything else looked ok. I contacted customer service, sent them photos. I didn't get an answer to my question what options do I have, to send the fryer back or anything else. Instead of professional reply they just picked on dark little remain of food ( which I didn't remove before taking photos) , asked me if machine has been cleaned. I identified myself that at first the bulb needs to be replaced, they agreed but spares were out of stock, should be in first days of December. It's nearly the end of January, warranty will end in March, I haven't heard from them since November 24th. I bought another brand new air fryer.

Poor quality items made worse by the fact you pay postage for both delivery and returning things, albeit they were only a set of Tea, Coffee and Sugar cannisters, after postage etc. I lost almost £10 on items that should've only cost £23. Moral of the story, read the reviews and also, the small print.

I returned the oven as it was rubbish, didn’t cook properly. Was awaiting my refund, the business told Amazon I returned the item with severe damage ( it was perfect) and therefore I lost £169.00 , as the seller fabricated

I ordered a twin bin that came with a two year warranty, inside of a year the flimsy plastic hinge broke and I contacted their service centre for a new bracket. Four weeks later I still have a bin without a lid in my kitchen. Their customer service have been apologetic when responding to my chasing emails but then nothing. Do they expect me to shell out another £129.99 for such a poorly made bin with zero warranty?!! Other bins are available people

They are misleading with they're product descriptions and when it arrives and is not how they have described they will refund you after 2 weeks but you still lose your postage costs. The canisters were also very cheap looking and were literally a tin can.. awful.. Report Sent to trading standards so other people don't have to put up with losing money through no fault of their own. Avoid!

We purchased an air fryer 16 months ago and it recently developed an issue I contacted cooks professional and my contact Raveena sorted it out and arranged a replacement in 24 hrs after initial contact and the replacement received within 72 hrs brilliant service thank you Raveena CooksProfessional
