We were left to browse the shop without being approached by a sales assistant. My husband and I knew what we were looking for. The sales assistants were very polite and just left us continue looking. When we made our decision Lisa Berry was on hand she was swift efficient and knowledgeable she asked one question on cleaning product which we rejected and our purchase was completed we asked about delivery before Christmas and Lisa informed me by voicemail about this which I had requested. Lisa was super quick and approachable with her communication and we thank her for this service.

I only went to the store for a quick look and ended up buying 2 sofa's! It was lovely to leisurely walk around the store. I didnt feel pressured by staff, who were friendly and smiley. Staff member, Lisa Berry was very knowledgeable about the products, I asked endless questions and she patiently answered them. She was lovely. I finally made a decision and bought my sofa(s). Im feeling happy and very smug lol. The service was lovely, impressed with the quality of the goods, great sale = a very happy customer!

Placed an order for our new dining furniture today with Lisa Berry. Lisa made the process very straightforward and was very knowledgable when asked various questions. Order placed and all being well it’ll arrive in time for Christmas!

Firstly, the store in Leeds is really well set up has a great range of furniture. You are left to mooch around without any overbearing sales pressure from staff and yet as and when the sales staff are required they are attentive and on hand. Andy A. gave us some good information and advice and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained what happens once you order including the reassuring after sales support. We are really pleased with our new sofa purchase and look forward to it arriving. Well done to both Christopher Pratt’s and Andy A. Would highly recommend you and we will be back again sometime.

Christopher Pratts is the best furniture store in Leeds and probably Yorkshire. The range of quality furniture is extensive with every major brand available. The shop is full of desirable sofas, chairs, occasional furniture, lighting, carpets and bedroom furniture that you don’t need to go elsewhere. The staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. We have bought many items over the years from here and it is amazing that the staff remain loyal for decades. This time we were assisted by Andy. He was great, he was patient and polite and extremely helpful in helping us make the right choice for our latest purchase of two sofas. He gave us a great deal as returning customers and we are looking forward to the new purchase arriving. Christopher Pratts are a one stop shop with the best staff, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Visited the Leeds Shop and was very pleased with the range of chairs available. Dale was very friendly and helpful in helping us choose a chair.

David Johnson at Christopher Pratt Leeds gave us a brilliant experience no pressure sales. Bought a table and chairs and sofa we will be back to buy more furniture. A much better experience than your usual high street shops.

We visited the Leeds Store on Friday 2nd October. We were greeted by Duncan who remembered us from a previous visit. Duncan showed us a few new lines and left us to chose at our leisure.
We made a decision which suite we liked and Duncan kindly got us both a coffee and brought several books of swatches for us to view.
Duncan was very good, informative and a good eye for material coordination.

We visited Christopher Pratts on Thursday 1st October with the intention of purchasing a new mattress.
David T immediately assisted us, giving us options based on what we were looking for. His knowledge was outstanding, as was the service we received. He is a credit to the business - Thankyou David T - we shall enjoy our new mattress!

Initially went into Christopher Pratts store in Leeds for a look at their sofas. We were surprised how big the store was and the varied choice of sofas and other furniture available to view. Craig quickly asked if we needed any help. He was really helpful and informative about the sofas we were looking at. He gave us all the information we needed, including the cost on 2 sofas we were interested in. We went away to consider our options and returned a few days later to confirm our choice. Craig was on holiday but we were assisted by Duncan, who was also extremely helpful in ensuring the sizes of the modules were correct for the size of our room. We did make a purchase that day and Duncan made the process very smooth and efficient. I would recommend the store to others.

First of all the initial contact with Ann on your customer service/reception desk by Phone was "Top Notch"... She's a great asset to your business. Ann was very helpful (Thank you Ann; sorry if you have an E at the end of your name...Although I misheard your name in the first instance & thought you were called Sam (As in Samantha)...Anyway, Ann passed my partner and me on to Duncan, who went out of his way to give us a great buying experience from your establishment. Thank you, Duncan, also for keeping us informed and updating us on the order's progress so far.

We had a great experience in your Leeds store when choosing a bed. Your Sales Advisor, Andy, was friendly, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. We will definitely return when we are next buying furniture. Excellent customer service, thank you Andy for all your help.

Visited this store on 29th September looking for sofas. First thing we noticed was being left to browse by ourselves. The showroom is set out beautifully with a fantastic selection of furniture and soft furnishings. When we did need help Dale Williamson was on hand with the information we needed. His knowledge was greatly appreciated and very helpful and in the end we bought two leather sofas and are looking forward to receiving them . Many thanks.

We had already decided which sofa we wished, but need to choose a fabric. We were assisted by Lisa Berry in choosing our fabrics for our sofa, she was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us all the time we needed. Once we had decided she took us through the sale and after care info thoroughly. Highly recommend and can't wait for our sofa.

We were looking for a dark wood large traditional sideboard. Lisa was very helpful in contacting a company that was prepared to do a one off order in the style and wood stain we wanted. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and we've come away extremely pleased with our purchase.

Comprehensive selection of sofas and chairs. Allowed to browse and ask questions when needed without hassle. Lisa was particularly helpful and very patient.

On our recent visit we were 90% sure we had found our sofa, lisa berry was lovely, gave us the info we needed, approachable, friendly and not pressurising at all.

Once we had remeasured at home we went back and made sure to find Lisa! She remember us and even more impressive the sofa we wanted, made the finance process very easy.

Thank you to Duncan E for a knowledgeable and efficient service when ordering our new furniture a few months ago. We are happy with our choice and delivery today a few weeks earlier than originally predicted was a bonus. Delivery staff were excellent too.

We visited Christopher Pratts on a whim to have a look for some ideas for a new sofa and left a couple of hours later having bought one. We were assisted in this by David Johnson who made the whole process a pleasure, with his very helpful advice and knowledge of the ranges available. There was a great range to choose from and sit on and loads of samples of fabrics available to look at as well. Would highly recommend this company and David as well, would go back just to hear some more of his stories and have a chat!
