All the functions of the Worchester 8000 boiler and Hive thermostat was comprehensively explained. Very professional and knowledgeable, I highly recommend his work.

Mark replaced our old boiler with a combi boiler. We had many companies quote for the work however Mark came up with a solution that worked best for us, he was very informative all the way through the process from the initial quote to rhe final day of installation. We had a few issues that arouse from the old installation but Mark went above and beyond to help rectify them. We would highly recommend Mark and we will be booking him out again to move/replace some of our radiators

Gas safe arrived on time and serviced our boiler to a excellent standard very professional.

I had an issue with my central heating system which required supply and fitting of Honeywell valve head. I also requested installation of Hive smart thermostat as an extra add on job.

I was very impressed with the entire process from the initial assessment visit, to getting a quote, scheduling and through to completing the job. There was no hard sell, Mark was very open and honest about the diagnosed fault and my options to have it fixed. Mark is friendly, polite and did an excellent job removing an old hot water cylinder and installing a new combi boiler. He responded to texts and e-mails very quickly, explained what was needed and was professional, punctual and completed the job with minimal disruption. I would definitely recommend.
