We received our Dining table, chairs and Sideboard from this company yesterday.so pleased with the quality, the fabulous service both from the company and the delivery guys. Amazing service from start to finish, I would use them again and certainly recommend them to anyone.

Probably the worst company for communication I have ever had to deal with.

We had to wait a full 4 months for our bed, we had to contact them every time to ask when we were to receive it. Purchased online to be emailed 2 days later telling us it’s not in stock and we would receive the bed late sep early oct, this passed and I was ringing and emailing to be then told yeh sorry now going to be mid oct, again I had to call to be then told late oct, again to be told my final date 4 months later of 10th November and they would contact me with a delivery slot.
Below and behold didn’t tell me, I had to call up on the day and ask again 🙄 to be told ah yeh it’s coming today someone should have told you!!

So I would never recommend these guys just for the sheer unprofessional communication. All I have had is an apology!
They should not be advertising beds which they do not have in stock online either, not fair at all.

The bed is beautiful but I would not purchase from again. Awful company. Should not treat customers like This when they’ve handed over hundreds of Pounds to them.

Disgraceful

I ordered a tv stand and sideboard, initially met with amazing customer service and very excited to receive my pieces. after numerous issues arranging delivery, eventually received a very badly painted TV unit, sideboard to follow, tv unit to be replaced, both items were delivered and quality is awful, sideboard has damage to wood in 2 places they have just painted over, paint drips all over painted hinges, when raised my concerns, emailed to advise they cannot do any better and offering a refund, completely unsympathetic, and awful customer service. Quality control is shocking. Would NOT recommend.

Ordered my daughter a Sophia bed, absolutely beautiful. I love it so much I’m going to order a super king size one for me. The delivery man was fantastic and even put the bed up for me and very quickly I may add. Highly recommend.

I have ordered a beautiful bed from them and I am so happy with it, goes perfect with my bedroom.. The bed was out of stock and they apologised and also have me back 60 percent of what I paid.. They were emailing me to update me on when it will be here and finally the date arrived. I was so happy with the service they came on time and also the drivers were so friendly. Overall The whole experience was excellent 10/10 customer service..👍

recently placed an order. Item described with delivery between 1week up to 3 weeks. Just received an email with information my item will be delivered no earlier than in two months time!!!. Curently waiting for an info when will received my money back as the person i spoken to wasn't able to provide that information. Wasted my time due to wrong description of my item - during phone conversation came out this item is made for particular order! despite the fact it is described on seller website differently. Not worth recommendation!

When I was advised the product I originally ordered was not actually in stock, as shown on website, this company did everything they could to get my second choice to me asap. I was so impressed at the level of customer service, how quickly they got the bed to me and the work of their delivery guys. I had to write this review and thank them for recognising and accommodating my need.

I recently ordered a bed from Crown French and they were so helpful in making sure I was going to get the right piece of furniture. I eventually ordered their Sophia bed and I absolutely love it, the quality is amazing, solid and sturdy. Thanks guys! :) I would recommend you to anyone.
