Do not buy from this company I bought a silver bedside table worth £500 firstly the first one arrived damage and they had to do an exchangeand within a month it was damaged spilt some water from a cup of water as it is a bedside table to leave a drink on for when you go to bed… immediately i tried to wipe it and the sealant from the top of table come away and faded the silver leaf as the sealant wasn’t protecting the silver leaf and it is now damaged and if anything is left on the table it will make it worse . I went back-and-forth with them for two months and all they kept on saying is we’re waiting for management and for the supplier to get back to them. I believe they never contacted any supplier. I don’t believe there is any management. I think they just try to put it off as long as possible and to get back me and gave me a reply and said no, they will not do an exchange or a refund. I have since tried to contact them and they refused to answer the phone to me so clearly they have my number saved. I think this is all a gimmick. I think they’re working from their bedroom. I don’t even think there is an office I think it’s disgusting that I paid a £500 bearing in mind I bought two for each side of the bed.. she’s not even pick up the phone to me is disgusting. I have never been rude. I’ve never been aggressive. I think it’s absolutely disgraceful. Do not buy from this company.

All chairs came intact and looked nicer in person than the pictures on the Website

Terrible delivery system and very poor customer service. I will never buy anything from this company again.
I bought a very expensive headboard, paid my deposit on 19th October 2023 and I was advised delivery would be the end of January 2024. This was then amended to around 10th February and amended once more with delivery finally on 22 March 2024, 5 months after my deposit was paid and 2 months after the initial date I was given for delivery. I did not complain about this and was both reasonable and patient.
Shame the same can’t be said about customer service!!
Cracks started to appear at 2 separate corners of the headboard but due to the fact that it is on a bed in a bedroom that is not used regularly I did not notice it until some relatives had stayed for a weekend which unfortunately was in April 2025, 23 days after the expiry of the 1 year warranty.
I notified Crown French immediately and provided them with evidence. I had to make repeated requests for an answer and they EVENTUALY replied saying that there was nothing they could do as it was out of the warranty period (by 23 days). They said that it appeared the cracks were due to cracks in the paint around the joints which is a “natural occurrence” due to wood movement.
I was told that I could have some touch up paint sent out in the post – this was on 28th April. Miraculously this changed by 15th May when I was told that “we've encountered difficulties shipping it due to Royal Mail restrictions on this type of paint” and they suggested I go and but some paint from B&Q!
Apart from this very poor customer service, there is no way I would have purchased such an expensive headboard if I had been aware that it was liable to a “natural occurrence” such as this. If this is a natural occurrence then surely it would be good customer practice to mention it in the product description in order for a potential customer to make an informed decision.
They quote on their website that they are committed to providing excellent customer care and in relation to their products they are committed to quality and durability. Certainly not in my unfortunate experience.
What a joke!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. We purchased an £800 bed frame. The slats were too short and didn’t reach the other side of the bed and subsequently the underneath supporting beam snapped within 1 week!! We were not aware of this issue, as the delivery men assembled the bed for us. The initial response was fairly positive with a new beam being sent and the same delivery man coming out confirming that the slats were too short for the bed and therefore would not support the beam, so new ones would be sent. We were told to put cardboard down the side of each slat as an interim solution, until the new slats arrived.

The new slats never arrived and our calls and emails were totally ignored.

Within 2 weeks the paint then started to peel off all over the headboard! I requested either a brand new bed with slats that were long enough to reach each side or a refund. Again I was totally ignored.

I eventually had to raise a complaint via Klarna - thank god I had paid via them. I got a full refund via them but still no contact from Crown French furniture. Some 5 weeks later I then received a call late on a Thursday afternoon telling me they were coming to collect the bed at 6am the following day!

Never in my life have I had such a poor quality product or appalling customer service. I would never recommend or ever use them ever again.

I have full evidence to support the issues with the product and the lack of response from Crown French Furniture.

I buy bed in 1200£ bed was broken after a month I told them to repair they charge me 199£ for this they said this damage did not come in warranty I was so disappointed I ask them to retern my 199£ but till they did not they refuse bed quality was very low sale manager was rude very very disappointed no body should buy their prodect I don't know how to attached pics otherwise I can attached all pics bed broken from side only after a month

just perfect sophia bed and its bed side table design and manufacturing, packed well and delivery man was very helpful, will recommend to all friends

i am attaching my order pics you guyes can see date it was 4 th januery and broken beds pics at 13 febrary i am attaching e pmails pics in which they are charging 190£ in warranty i am surpriced how bad compsny is this without 190£ depisit they sait they will not pick bed for tepair andd how could a strong bed can broke in 1 months very bad bad bad company no body go with them i also tead reviews this is not a good company but still i buy bed and now i am crying for my 1200 bed i attached pics on webside reviews here i font know how i can attached pics

Happy with quality table

I did email after receiving the chairs some screws were missing and a few of the iron design did not have a good finish. The chairs are strong but the heavy top makes them topple over quickly . I would had preferred a good response!

The future I got was great solid strong & looks beautiful, very well made & the staff are wonderful very helpful thank you .

I bought a dining table which was broken in the corner and few cracks in the edgrs. No refund , no exchange , no repair . Terrible delivery system,poor customer service and communication . I will never buy anything from this company .
