We have always booked our cruises with Cruise.co.uk as they always have the best prices definitely value for money. Our travel consultant Betsy Davies is so friendly so easy to talk to , we’ve booked a couple of cruises with her , it’s so nice to have one person who deals with your booking . Definitely recommend

I had a problem with access to the on line My Cruise page.

Booked a stay and cruise package, since booking have been provided with inaccurate information and struggled to get answers. Have had to phone and email many times for information or to chase up responses. The information provided to me told me I would be contacted at various points to discuss upgrades and options, I was never contacted, I had to chase them. My correspondence says I would get tickets 2 weeks before, had to phone 1 week before to be told I don't need tickets. A shambles start to end and I would not use again. The whole process has been very stressful.

The service that the staff at Cruise.co.uk provide is second to non if you have any queries regarding a booking they are more than willing to assist with the best of knowledge that they have i have just had dealings with Stacey in Customer Support & would like to say what a fantastic service she provided .

Tom Harding was so helpful and so knowledgeable. He was able to give us great advice, suggestions and information which he had available while discussing our needs and concerns.

Very disappointed with this outfit. The packages they offer do not live up to their promised offering. I have used them twice. The first time i made my own arrangements to join the ship and so all went well. The second time i booked a package with them and although we are on a five star luxury cruise we are being stuck in a bargain basement hotel in a standard room pre cruise. This is no what was promised! I offered to pay for an upgrade and can do so but then they are stinging me for making my own way to the port! Really sharp practice!

Called through to book an urgent cruise as there were only a very limited amount of cabins left. I highly recommend Lily Canderton she was very quick to grab our cabin and efficient booking everything for me! She explained everything in detail and gave me some helpful advice on the holiday. Nothing is too much trouble, including after the booking her communication is quick and responsive back on the email answering questions that I have. Thank you again Lily! 😊

I have never been on a cruise before and found the options trying to book myself were bewildering. I told Cherie my requirements and she found me a suitable cruise. Stacey was very helpful booking me on to my chosen excursions. So far so good. I’m sure I will be booking through this company again.

Excellent service throughout the booking process, Betsy was very helpful, informative and took the time to explain all the aspects of the trip.

I phoned Bobbi at Cruise co. to request assistance embarking and disembarking at the start and end of the journey, and also further assistance for my husband who has a disability. Cruise co. were extremely helpful, spending some time in discussion with Princess in order to set all the necessary arrangements in place. Everything exactly as we were hoping for, so thank you to Bobbi for her patience and efficiency in helping us out.

It’s becoming a habit booking with Cruise, and Lilly who is looking after us, from the first call to the paperwork arriving she explores all possibilities and deals with all questions you have and some you had not thought of, follow up should there be one is dealt with quickly with no fuss. Fantastic service as always is why we keep going back for our cruising.

Trevor was so helpful and friendly. He dealt with our needs with no fuss and made sure we had everything we needed. Amazing service!

Anna was brilliant! I enquired online for a quote, within 24 hours Anna had been in touch by phone and email, we discussed what options we wanted and less than an hour later she had emailed me the quotation. Cruise.co.uk are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. If your looking for your next cruise or even your first cruise definitely go with these guys they are brilliant!

Tom Harding could not have done more to help with our booking. Due to our communication difficulties, he ensured that all was in order and explained - important for ancient geriatrics , as ourselves ! Thank you, Tom and we look forward to our next cruise in January.
