Outstanding Customer Service
Myself and family members have booked several cabins through Cruise.co.uk and have had regular contact with Meghan and the customer service team over the past few months. On every single occasion, the service has been absolutely outstanding. Most recently, we had to handle a cancellation due to a health matter, which can normally be a very stressful process. However, Meghan and the team handled everything with incredible care, patience, and attention to detail. They truly go above and beyond, doing everything in their power to resolve any issue no matter how long it takes. I cannot praise their dedication enough and highly recommend them.

Meghan sorted out an issue with included flights with the cruise line for us quickly and efficiently. We have cruised extensively with many different cruise lines (approaching 50) and nearly all our bookings have been with Cruise.co.uk.

There was a slight problem with part of our booking which was the fault of the cruise company. This was dealt with by first of all Stacey and latterly Alice , both of customer services at Cruise.co ..these ladies dealt with this most efficiently which resulted in a satisfactory conclusion being reached within 24 hours. A definite lack of customer service
Have a booking have a drinks package contacted them just after 12 noon to upgrade my existing package. My TA said not her but customer service team. Called back they were supposed to call/email me.
Now after 7 pm and nothing. Website says 10 pm office closes and now7 pm told office closed. A simple request and no help no customes service cunard referred me to my TA but i will not use them again😡
Had a frustrating 24 hours with confusion from Cunard and delay from cruise.co but today things clarified and my TA Bridgett sorted everything out for me and now everything is settled so Bridgett gets 5 stars and I will shift the company up to 3 stars🙏
