We always use cruise .co.uk. this however is the first time we have booked directly whilst on board with the cruise company to achieve more on board spending, this booking was then transferred to cruise.co.uk. to our original representative Bridgett Baker who we have booked several cruise with, once again within days of booking on board we had received details from Bridgett, we find cruise.co.uk very professional in every respect, one of the main factors is that they always answer the phone and if busy always get back in touch with you. would highly recommend Bridgett and all cruise.co.uk.

I had a problem with a payment not being processed. I got through to a lovely lady called Meghan who was extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to speak with. The issue has been sorted, as always excellent customer service from this company.

We had concerns regarding our flight for our cruise that had not been fully addressed, however when we spoke to Bobbie she was very helpful indeed and was able to sort a solution that resolved the issue. In doing that, she told us she would seek managerial approval and ring us back the next day. True to her word she did! She was able to explain why we were having the issues and readily resolved the problem. Thank you Bobbie you’re a star ⭐ x

You only know how good a travel agent is when you face a real problem while you are away. We were caught up with the NATS issue last Tuesday/Wednesday when BA cancelled our flight home from Vancouver and offered us a non-direct flight 2 days later, I rang Customer Services at Cruise.co.uk and they pulled out the stops, extended our hotel stay for us and managed to arrange a direct flight home the following day.
