Without a doubt the worst second hand car dealer I have ever dealt with!
I purchased a Porsche Macan from them last year and they knowingly lied to me about the condition of a car and they covered up the issues with the car. When the issues became apparent a week later they refused to honour their obligations. I dealt with the boss's daughter Louise and she was very polite during the sales process but once I expressed that I wasn't happy with the vehicle and wanted to return it she became very rude and unprofessional and took ages to reply to my calls and emails. Crystal motors rely on the fact that many people will not take them to court in order to resolve the issue.
I would warn anybody buying a car from them to apply the principle of caveat emptor and make sure you have videos or written evidence of everything you rely on because crystal motors will deny all liability if anything goes wrong.
Judging by the reviews I can only assume they are bogus or that the majority buyers of their cars have got lucky and have not had any issues with the cars.

I have recently purchased a used vehicle from Crystal. I cannot fault the service that I received from the whole team. There were one or two very minor issues with the vehicle that were not obvious when i inspected it, but as soon as they became apparent Crystal had them fixed immediately. Having spent 25 years in the motor trade I have seen good and bad car dealers, I would rate Crystal very highly. Thanks very much for your professional service. I will certainly look forward to doing business with you again.

This was my 3rd car I have bought from Crystal Motors. The service was outstanding. The purchase was conducted so smoothly. The after care service was brilliant even out of office hours Clint was able to resolve a couple of issues. A really top quality business.

Overall a smooth process with this team, they are professional and friendly. Very pleased with how they dealt with me, they offer great quality vehicles and in this dealership industry its good to know that there are still companies with this calibre of service still running. I will be going back to crystal motors for my next vehicle. Thanks to Clint and team for all your help and for the delivery to Stevenage.

Just brought a lovely BMW 750i from Crystal Motors, Adrian, Clint and the Team were excellent and very professional, everything was done for us (swapping personal number plate etc). Car was presented in beautiful condition and is perfect. Highly recommend Crystal Motors, thank you all.

Although the service was initially great when selling.
The car broke down 2 days before the end of the 6-month warranty period. My son had taken the car away travelling and it took 2 days to organise a return pick up.
Crystal Motor Co was non-negotiable in honouring the warrantee repair, despite evidence that the car had broken down within the warranty period, tread carefully when buying with them.
Several years after buying the car they have also failed to complete the relevant admin, we have yet to receive a full registration doc.

From the moment I contacted Crystal through to collecting the car I found them nothing but helpful and professional. Adrian gave me great advice about the car, Clint spent money on the wheels when I said he didn't have to, and Louise paid for a garage repair on a fault that occurred in the first week even though I could have claimed on my AA warranty. I will buy my next car from Crystal.

Nothing was too much trouble and every was friendly, knowledgeable and obviously cared about me.Thank to the whole team, I am enjoying my new car.

The most well organised and executive car sales garage in Northampton. They found me an absolutely perfect fuel-efficient compact car which was just right for my needs. For me personally, this was the best customer service I've ever had, particularly after sales. Louise and the team owned any problems through to resolution (even at their own determent).

They provided a courtesy car when needed. They communicated thoroughly. Every time I picked the car up it was like getting it new.

I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. Will always come here first for all my vehicle purchases in the future.

Simply Awesome.

(As a side note, I bought a vehicle which was probably the cheapest on the lot at about 8k. I got a service like I bought a 100k car)

Best place any issues after sales is amazing had a few issues with my golf however that’s why I came back for the BMW would not do anywhere else

I would have to admit that I don't particularly enjoy buying & selling cars, although I do seem to do it quite often. I would like to complement Adrian, Clint and Louise who conducted my purchase and p/x transaction in a highly professional and courteous manner. I didn't at any time feel under pressure. The presentation of the car was excellent and the completion of the paperwork easy and transparent. Many thanks to you all. I'm sure I'll be back in a year or so.

Buyers beware this is a compary that tell you they have done stuff promised to sort stuff out and once they have your money they do not want to know you anymore I brought a jaguar xf beginning of November looked at it before I brought it loved the car few bit to be done had advisorys on old mot they put new mot on it and simply cleared all the advisory off but nothing done to the advisory dent in front wing promised to get it done never did. Didn't get logbook for it promised me paperwork with work they carried out on it ex service 6 mths warranty never got it once they have your money that it emailed them just don t reply this company should be a shamed of them self's I would never buy a car from these again please check these reviews before buying off these rubbish after sales

Paid for the car in November 2023 but still not driven it. It is just sitting on my drive.

They assured me they were going to sort out the number plate but I’m still waiting for the log book.

Is this due to a delay at DVLA? I’ve no idea because despite my best efforts to follow this up, I get nothing back from Crystal Motors. Just once Louise has said she will chase up the DVLA but then nothing. I’ve asked for proof of the logbook application so I can follow up with DVLA but once again - nothing.

Would I buy from Crystal Motors again? Absolutely not. My advice is don’t believe everything they tell you as the customer/after sales service is non existent.

Avoid at all costs.
Sold us a car that needed multiple repairs after a short time. Extended warranty wouldn’t cover.
Refused to have the vehicle back only for repairs. Repaired and then came back with another fault leaking oil all over the drive. Over a year later and the financial ombudsman has ruled in our favour. But the financial impact and stress has been really damaging. They are incompetent, rude and dishonest.

I wish I had called these guys sooner. I was honest about every detail they asked and they set a fair price, and kept to it. Lovely friendly guys, and money in my bank as I watched. Had to wave goodbye to my favourite toy, but I genuinely got more for it than I expected. Great service. Thanks.

Picked up my Jaguar F Pace yesterday couldn’t be happier . I approached Clint a few weeks ago to find me the exact model with a long list of extras I wanted included . It took a few weeks but they came up with the perfect very low mileage immaculate car The process was fast informative and I have gone away a very happy client .
